I find it shocking that I could dislike an ISP more than Optimum, but here we are.The service is basically unusable at 300 Spruce Street. With only one computer on the network and no tabs open it struggles to even run zoom. It warns me of low bandwidth even with my camera off.If you are trying to do anything interactive, forget about it. The network has slow delayed packets causing temporary interuptions.They constantly have service interuptions, some lasting multiple days. How can the internet be down for 5 days at a time?In 2024 it is truly an embarrassment to call this broadband.

Could be good internet, but it’s not. Up front we paid $2,000 for a tower plus $12,000 for Wirestar to install equipment. Wirestar said this would supply all 50 sites at our RV park. We recently paid $2,000 to have an access point replaced, and I’m still getting complaints almost daily that the internet near that point is not working. We’ve called Wirestar several times about the problem, asking them to fix it. Still waiting. Also, we’ve never gotten internet at 8 of our sites. Over 6 months ago Wirestar said that if we paid for a pole, they’d install an access point for free. We said, “Let’s do it.” We’ve called numerous times asking when we can get this done and all we get is avoidance. Once Wirestar is receiving your money, they seem to have little intention or motivation to fix problems and keep your internet running well. This has been a huge detriment to our business. I definitely do not recommend Wirestar for any business. It’s not reliable.

I would like to thank you for sending Tyler from Texas to Park Cedar Apartments to work on some repairs and issues that tenants had with their connectivity!Tyler provided some of the BEST customer service that I have EVER encountered! He was polite, patient, accommodating, and VERY respectful, not just with our tenants, but with the office staff as well! He made sure that all issues and concerns were addressed and resolved to the best of his ability!Please make sure to shout Tyler out for a job well done in Madison Wisconsin!Thank you so much for sending him our way! We would like to request Tyler going forward for any service calls we may have! (I know that he's from Texas) LOLBut, if possible, please send Tyler back to us!Thank you again for your help!

Frank was sent to our property roughly two weeks ago and I must say I was very impressed with the knowledge he possessed at a young age. He was very professional and made sure we didn't have any further questions before he left. He left his work-site clean, had we not been there we never would've known the company sent a technician. I can't speak highly enough of him and the company he represents. Thank you Frank!

I have had issue over the past 3 days however the last 2 days a great employee Gabriel has helped both days until everything was figured out. He even helped me figure out how to get my Xbox and my smart tv running better! I greatly appreciate him going above and beyond and taking the time that I needed to fix my multiple devices! Especially when the main reason I called in was for my printer! Great and kind employee who really cares about what he is doing and really wants to help others! So again thank you Gabriel! It is greatly appreciated!

Tonight(Feb 20th), I had the best customer service!! Parker was so professional & just a sweet guy. He was really off at 10:00, but he had been so busy & still took my call.(that shows he really cares about his customers) He really had to troubleshoot to figure out to get me back online. You know how it goes when your phone is factory reset & you lose everything :( So, CS tech was gonna call tomorrow. Well here Parker calls back and said he thinks he figured it out. So we tried it & BAM! PERFECTO!! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR HELP, it was so greatly appreciated!!???

Continued problems with this company. Called the 24hr help desk... Was told they don't service Florida... Continued outages and no help. Unless you close your ticket after you took care of the problem yourself...then they call you right away!! Do better Wirestar!! We understand we are on our own now!! We gave you the benefit and we like your people when they help. But you continue to disappoint on your connection issues and troubleshooting!!! Sure wish we had other options to choose from!! But we don't... That's sad we are forced to use this company!! If you work from home... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU ARE NOT STUCK HAVING TO USE THEM!! We had to go somewhere to work for the day, twice now, due to outages. We pay for this service and expect it to be there. We need this for our jobs! People count on us to be at work and logged on every day!!! Can we bill you for our wages and travel time to work from somewhere else?? Just wondering...oh please do away with your 24 hr help line... It doesn't work in any other place but Texas apparently!!

On February 3 I lost service on my TV. On February 4 I called wire Star reached a man by the name of Gabriel very very professional and most helpful. We resolve the issue with connection almost immediately. I highly recommend this company because Gabriel proved this company cares about its customers, thank you wire star. Thank you Gabriel. God bless wire Star. God bless Texas and God bless Gabriel.

This is literally the worst internet service I have ever had. Constant outages and lacking in customer service. The only reason these people have a business is because they contract through the apartment complex. I have no other service options. Straight scam. 0/10 would not recommend.
