“I wish I had taken before pictures so I could show how different my car looks now. My seats had so many stains from the dogs and a child. There was even a big teriyaki stain from some Hawaiian Bros that my child spilled. I called to make an appointment because I had questions about the stains and Cindy explained things to me and set me up for an appointment. We brought it in and Saul knocked it out of the park! My interior looks phenomenal. I wanted to take it to a shop because I figured a shop would have more things on hand to treat the stains than a mobile service may have. I searched long and hard to find the right guy to perform the detail on my vehicles because I used to do this work in my youth and I know how hard the work is and the attention to detail required to please customers. “I went in for an oil change and my yearly state inspection. It was a pleasant experience & I will say my car is a bit of a pain to change it's oil filter, it is a very tight awkward space to get to. So I really appreciate everyone that does my oil change, the only thing that was a bit concerning was that all my tires were terribly overinflated. The front are rated for 35 and the back 33 but they were 15 to 20 psi overinflated. That can be a dangerous situation for someone. Other than that though I'd say service was fast and friendly.”

They simply ask how long you plan to keep the vehicle and what type of protection you want and then give recommendations. “There is a previous review indicating that Joe is was rude to a potential client. I am willing to argue that this couldn't be further from the truth.
My vehicle was dinged in a parking garage, no major damage, just a small scratch. I had contacted Joe after locating him on Google get an estimate, and he made time to meet me two days later. Upon his inspection of the vehicle, he said he could take care of the scratch quickly (in addition to 2 others unrelated to the garage incident) and did not feel right charging me as he knew this would be a quick fix, despite my attempts to do so. I suspect his rates are competitive based on other reviews.
Joe completed his work in under 15 minutes, and there was no evidence the garage ding had ever occurred. The unexpected kindness from a total stranger blew me away.
