Very poor service. I had to wait a long time and then still once we got through the basics they couldn't figure out the basics of opening up a business account. They kept saying I had to talk to someone else and that someone else wasn't there work who knows what. So I made an appointment and came back supposedly to see that person when I saw that person they didn't know what they were doing either. Absolutely ridiculous.

This place is a joke. Alex, the manager, super unhelpful and flat out rude. Merging account at BOA has taken an act of Congress with no help from any of the branches I've visited. Time to take money elsewhere. Would NOT recommend coming here if you want customer service.

They won't notify you when your debit card is compromised and when you visit the bank they have no idea why your card was shut off. Unbelievable. I will never recommend BOA again. Your customer service is below a 1 Star.
