Thank you to the staff at this facility. ??From my first impression with Michelle (intake) to Rhonda (tech) to nurse Kirsty who was so kind and patient. Thank you for your empathy and for caring. It makes a difference! Dr. Patel was thorough which was really important to me. I was seen almost immediately and promptly and I felt like (ALL) the staff cared. I appreciate the great service that was provided. Thank you!

Taylor Dawn Bernstein is a great FNP. She was able to help me with something multiple other doctors missed. She is a good listener and smart so if you explain your issues well she will likely suggest something that hasn't been tried or that you meant to but didn't get around to yet.

Leaving this practice after three negative experiences scheduling appointments. First experience involved a 25 minute call to their appointment call center that ended with a representative saying that their system was down and someone would call me back. They never called. Second experience was trying to schedule through their online portal. It ended with me request a password reset three times but never receiving the email link. The third experience was a direct phone call into the office. After a 20 minute consultation with the nurse who recommended I get seen that day, the appointment clerk told me there was nothing available with Amy of the six doctors or their various PAs and NPs for two more days. She offered to get me an appointment with BSW urgent care a couple of towns away.

Office staff is nice! However, I don’t recommend this place to people with ADHD that take Adderall. They will lead you around in circles and make false promises to fill your script. I have been out of medicine for almost 2 weeks now. I can’t sleep or drive without it! I’m a hazard to others and myself. Thanks to this place my mental health has taken a dive and am contemplating suicide.

This office is great and very friendly. I give it 3 stars because I called in a prescription refill for my adderall 3 or 4 days prior and now at 4:20 on Friday I still haven’t gotten the script called in despite multiple calls and urgent messages sent to the doctor. I understand you are busy but it shouldn’t take this much to get prescriptions filled.

Office staff & doctors at Colleyville are amazing!Call center to make appointment is abysmal at best. It's really bad when you get better service by going to the office in person to make an appointment rather than calling into the office (you are automatically forwarded to the main call center.) The call center is notorious for recommending that you go to one of the BSW urgent care centers rather than seeing your primary care physician.

This office doesn't treat covid. They told me to come back 10 days after a negative test and asked me to leave the office. They don't care about your respiratory distress and they told me their doctors dont see covid patients.

Good luck ever getting an appointment within the same week or two week that you call. They make no exception either no matter what. They advise you to go to an urgent Care, that’s not a solution.

Got Covid from taking care of my special need son with covid.I called the clinic with my test result and request to get prescription for treatment. After 6 hours I received a call from one of the nurses with questions. NO prescription was sent and my doctor never returned my call. I called an online Telehealth and received prescription immediately. Treat your patients with respect and provide the care the need.

My appt was booked at one time, they thought it was 30 mins earlier. I had multiple sources of my actual appt time. They asked me to wait until the end of the day or reschedule. I'm done with them. Had to fight rush hour traffic twice for no appt, then they couldn't understand why that made me upset. Do not come here.

Came in for what it turns out was a neck sprain and received an $8,000+ bill.Upon my arrival to the facility, I checked in at the front desk and paid my emergency room deductible of $500 — ouch okay. An X-ray and a few labs later, no diagnosis. Went home with a prescription for a muscle relaxant. While the staff was attentive to the condition at the time, the bill arrives a few weeks later for $8,245!When asked ER billing department representative to see the itemized bill of services they refused. I’ve done work in the medical diagnostic field and knew that test they were charging over $3,000 don’t go above $285-$500 tops.I contacted my insurance provider to establish a formal complaint against Baylor Scot & White ER with notes and documentation of my visit, and after insurance gave me the itemized bill they received, I noticed as suspected EXTRA test and procedures beyond the basic scope and the chief complaint stated during my visit, which I would also note were performed without my consent and were different from what Dr. Patel had mentioned he was going to request during my visit. At that time, I attempted to once more confront Baylor Scot & White ER billing department about the discrepancy in their billing but received a number to call that always sent me to an answering machine. Went over this process for about 3 weeks and never got a call back from them.To this day, I do not feel a neck sprain justified them charging $8,700. Will never go back to this place!I would not recommend this place unless you are literally dying and unconscious and thus cannot wait to get into an actual hospital ER that can perform the correct work necessary and bill the correct amount for yourself and insurance. If you want to be blindsided by bills from several provides and be robbed without impunity, Baylor Scott & White Emergency Department is the right place for you. If not, look elsewhere for your healthcare needs.

The first time I went, it was very easy and efficient. The second time, my insurance changed, and even though they accept the new one it was a nightmare trying to get any sort of appointment, as they apparently can't call insurance and mine requires them to call. They also couldn't see me for a week, not helpful when I was unable to sleep I was in so much pain, they tried to get me to agree to a non insurance appointment ($250 MINIMUM instead of $40) and ended up sending me to a Southlake facility instead, which couldn't identify the issue and just gave me nausea pills. What's the point of a doctors office if they can't actually see you when you're sick?

Love my doctor here but they need to stop telling patients certain things are covered by their insurance when they are not. You get surprise bills! Also, they do NO bill negotiation. With health care costs out of control, you would figure they would negotiate. All of my other doctors, surgeons, etc do bill negotiation. They absolutely do not here.
