“As of me writing this review they have a 4.8 star rating for a reason. Carlos is absolutely the best and the owner Mark is as well. They are so chill, but also very up front and honest. Carlos genuinely cares about fixing any issues with your bike. Like he will work on the bike as if it was his own. He will test each of his repairs or builds over and over to make sure whatever you brought it in for is resolved. I wish this store was in Dallas with the same team of Carlos and Mark working it. Also, if you having issues with a bike fit go see Carlos's wife next door at dynamic bike fit. The amount of time and detail she spends getting you setup is best in class.”

“I have been buying Trek bikes for 8 years and have been working with the Hurst store for a couple of years. The staff are all excellent and the manager Jason bends over backwards to help customers. A couple of years ago I needed a replacement trunk bag for my old bike rack and Jason found the last on in the US in NYC and got it here for me in a week. This year I rode over 7,000 miles and always do the Trek Century challenge, so I have a lot of service work done. Tires twice a year, not to mention chains, cassettes, and tune ups; so I'm very familiar with the service department. They are honest and incredibly skilled at everything they do. They're also very friendly and helpful, something that is often lacking in bike shops. After 4 years and 20K miles I finally had to replace my trusty 2019 Marlin 7. I got a great deal on a new Marlin 7 and at Jasons recommendation had the standard chain ring replaced with a larger one. It's perfect for endurance training with plenty of top end and lots of torque in the low end. The bike is amazing and I'm looking forward to years of service from the bike and the Trek shop in Hurst!”
