Caliber Collision in Collleyville did an excellent job in repairing my Toyota Avalon to life new condition after an incident in the Walmart parking lot. The staff that I came in contact with was friendly. Courteous and helpful. The repair was completed much quicker than I expected. I highly recommend Caliber for any future auto body shop repair you may need.

I recently had some body work done on my 4Runner at Caliber Colleyville. Adam Reese was the coordinator managed the repair schedule and work. Adam was professional and kept me informed throughout the repair. I sent him a note re an after-service question after I got my 4Runner back. Adam called back within 15 minutes and had my question answered. Adam is the best!

Great customer service. Was able to pick up and drop off my rental car there. Kept me updated daily on the status of my repair. The bodywork was excellent, and my jeep was returned to me clean inside and out.

They exceeded my expectations. I took my car in the same day I filed an insurance claim. They kept me informed during the whole process and it was repaired and complete on the day they originally promised. I am very happy with Caliber.

Awful experience regarding repairs to my vehicle. I have had to return several times for follow-up repairs and fixes under their workmanship warranty.
Service advisor was prompt and informative but it didn’t make up for the apathetic level of work performed by the technicians. The first time I returned for a warranty claim, they sent it to the dealership where a number of issues were found, and had to be fixed by the dealer instead. Still dealing with issues even now, and I am likely going sell my car just to get rid of the headache.
