**RENTER BEWARE**Had an excellent renting experience until I didn’t. I was involved in a minor accident that required my car to be in the shop for 3 days, May 22-24. Enterprise picked me up at the body shop that was 2.1 miles from their location. Checked out the car, drove it, was called by the body shop on Friday the 24th to get my car. Picked up my personal vehicle, dropped the rental with the body shop per the body shop rep, they called enterprise at 4:15 to pick up the vehicle, note this is during business hours. I leave feeling like I had a great experience.
Fast forward 1 month and I get a demand for approx. 5,000 dollars for hail damage to my rental car. The hail storm happened 3 days after I dropped off my rental and picked up my personal car. Enterprise is saying I’m liable because I dropped the car at the body shop (2.1 miles away during business hours) and there was no walk around with an enterprise rep. Ok, but the car clearly has hail damage and there was no reported hail in our area from the 22nd thru the 24th when my rental contract ended. It’s very easy to prove I was not in possession of the vehicle when the loss happened. Also, how long can they wait to do the walk around on my dime!?!? Why am I liable because they didn’t do their job, they were notified the vehicle was ready for pickup during business hours!!! This loss happened 3 days after my rental contract terminated. The rental contract shows closed on the 24th by both the insurance company that paid the rental and enterprise.
Body shop says I’m not the only one dealing with the exact same problem.
Shame on enterprise, terrible customer service practices. Will never do business with this company again.

I made a reservation and called day of to get a pickup done at my house. Jamison said they would come get me. An hour passed and still no pickup. I called back and they had forgotten about me. I finally get to location and they only have two vehicles: a mini van and a bigger kia k5. Too big for me. Why make a reservation if you don't have card available? This location is too small I don't recommend at all. Customer service was horrible and Jamison is a total A hole and rude. Stay away from this location.

The staff at this location made is really easy to trade out my rental for what I needed while my truck was being repaired by Progressive. Would recommend this Enterprise based on the helpful staff and vehicles they had ready to go.

DJ and the rest of his team are amazing. After being in wreck he found me a car when no one else could. He made sure he explained everything in detail and was very welcoming. Very well trained and good customer service!!

Extremely satisfied with the customer service. Brian and DJ are very professional, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. They're awesome team and very compassionate about what they do. I was really happy with my experience at this Enterprise. I had to rent a vehicle for an extended period of time and needed to make several changes to my reservation along the way. Brian was incredibly helpful and and quick to respond throughout the process. Great customer service here.

REALLY needed what I rented- 8 person passenger with luggage for at least 7 large bags. So I called the morning of my rental pick up. "Yes" I was told "there are two Suburbans ready for you to choose from". Two hours later I land." Nope. Here is your Yukon (not the XL btw). That's a person less and about 3 feet of luggage room less. So two airport runs totaling and extra 180 minutes. Every other company had Suburbans in their lots. Then, for fun, they added 3 hours of overage at Vail (EGE). There are NO employees taking the returns at EGE. Had to send a picture of my return in the parking lot. NOT COMPARABLE. CHECK YOUR BILL.

Staff at this location are awesome and do the best they can with the tools that are given to them. However, I have had A LOT of issues with Enterprise! If I had a choice, I would stick with National!2 Stars for Enterprise, 5 Stars for the staff!

I was in a rental for NINE MONTHS due to a part being backordered for my vehicle. This is the second time I've gone to the Colleyville Enterprise and worked with Brian. He is AMAZING! He is always so friendly, and eager to help. I was in 3 different rentals over the 9 months. The first wasn't up to Enterprise standards and he quickly found me a different vehicle and gave me a free upgrade, no questions asked. Then when I was hit by a semi-truck in the rental, he made sure that I kept my free upgrade as well as putting me into an SUV because I'd mentioned that I was moving. I cannot speak more praises for him and this location. Highly recommended! Thank you Brian!

Bryan and DJ who work at this location were both super helpful and friendly. The gentleman who rented me the car initally was great as well but I don't recall his name to mention. I was very stressed out after being in an accident and having to coordinate getting a rental and vehicle repairs, the service here was great!

This is my go-to spot when I need a rental car. Staff is polite and curtious and actually cares. If there's any way that could help you, they'll go out of their way. There's nothing negative I could say about anyone who works here!
