If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. FINALLY a mechanic who acts in the best interest of the customer and one you can TRUST! A HUUUUGE shout-out to WENDY! I brought my vehicle to Ethridge because my recently replaced transmission was acting up. After confirming the issue was indeed the transmission, I was told it needed to be replaced again. Fortunately, it came with a warranty. Unfortunately, the transmission shop who installed it went out of business. I thought I had thrown thousands of dollars down the drain. UNTIL, Wendy let me know she had previously worked at a transmission company and would see what she could do to help. She spent a significant amount of time performing research and was clearly determined to figure out who made the transmission. After digging and digging, Wendy used the serial number to track down the company and started making phone calls. While keeping me updated along the way, she acted as liaison between me and the company and coordinated a buy-out agreement which resulted in THOUSANDS of dollars back to me!! I can’t thank Wendy enough AND Ethridge for allowing her to spend the time necessary to do right by the customer. She did this all for the cost of one hour of labor for the mechanics’ work in figuring out the issue was the transmission. When I offered more, she refused and humbly responded by saying, not necessary, I just wanted to help. I’ve shared my story with several people and hope you also choose Ethridge for your auto service needs. You can TRUST them. Highly, highly recommend.

Absolutely the only auto shop that I trust implicitly.
Last week my jeep dumped a lot of radiator fluid so I took it to the closest auto shop (well known chain) for repair. They fixed a hose, charged me $50 and told me I needed a new engine for $12,000. So I took it to Ethridge for a second opinion. Craig gave it a full diagnostic, charged me nothing. He said the engine was fine but the clutch that was recently replaced (by yet another well known chain) was installed wrong. Now that chain place
is fixing the problem for free under warranty. I’ll be sure to take it back to Ethridge to check their work.
