⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️I've been a regular at the FedEx location in Colleyville for my business printing needs, and I can't speak highly enough of Jade's outstanding customer service. Every visit, she consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that my printing requirements are not just met, but exceeded. I am so grateful I could cry for the help that the associate, Jade, and store manager, Scott, provided. After a botched print job at another location, that was not in their district, they went above and beyond to help me with a new print. Their attention for detail and excellence was so great. And they were so very kind. I will definitely be back and let others know about their services!

FedEx failed to deliver (to ANY address on my cul-de-sac) a package containing a camera and two lenses and other photo paraphernalia, and refused our claim because the driver had posted a picture of SOMEONE'S brick wall (not showing a package) as proof it had been delivered!?! After much badgering about how idiotic that was, they approved the claim for ONLY $100, saying WE had not entered a value in the shipping order. BUT WE did not enter the shipping order (but did pay over the phone with our credit card) and the actual shipper knew full well what was in the package and would NEVER have left a value off! This is NOT THE FIRST "undelivered" package of high value electronics and such I've experienced from Fedex ... I'm REALLY CURIOUS what their drivers are doing with my merchandise?!? ... this is also NOT the FIRST time they have failed to pay the full claim value. I TOLD AMAZON to never use them for any purchases so that they would not be blaming me for every loss they ate. DO. NOT. SHIP. ANYTHING. VIA. FEDEX! You too can watch your cash fly/drive away if you do! -- SO FAR WE ARE OUT OVER $1500 THIS TIME ALONE!

Jade made my experience at this store! I was nervous to use the copy machines as I was photocopying a delicate 110 year old newspaper article and she was able to use her machines to make a perfect double-sided image while causing no damage to the original. I will definitely be back!

The overall experience with the office was great! Everyone was willing to help me and accommodate my needs. Starting with Jade, who saw I was having mobility issues and offering to help and even confirming this location can ship a portable cryogenic freezer, which is not a common shipping request. Maelie was very friendly and attentive in getting me assistance with figuring out packaging for my shipment. Her willingness to help and assistance helped made it a pleasant afternoon, considering the majority of the day was nothing but stress for me. Special kudos to Deb for helping make this shipment possible. I had driven over two hours to pick up my product to have it shipped. They did not have the proper box size to accomodate my product, so she suggested a frankenbox, which I did not even know was a thing. Deb assisted me with packing the product and custom make a box for my product to fit in. On top of that, Deb even helped ensure that the fragile product was not only wrapped and packaged tightly for safety, but that the frankenbox itself was properly taped and secured. Thank you again Deb, Maelie and Jade!

Would like to give zero star but not an option. If you have all day, this location will be fine. Just stood for ten minutes while clerk finished off her paper work. All I wanted was a receipt for proof of dropping off a package, which she said she would help me "in one second" soon arriving to her counter. Never a good experience at this location. Worth the drive to another FedEx location. Second review: sent a 70lb suitcase of items to Miami. They were to put the suitcase in a box. Instead they took it upon themselves to write the address in black sharpie across the Tumi suitcase ($1,000) and break the handle. I sent a claim and was denied as it needed to be done within 60 days. Had no idea that they had damaged my suitcase as I hadn't seen the damage until just before the 60 day time period.
