The gym has a great atmosphere and the workout is actually fun. The trainers watch your form, make adjustments if necessary and ensure your workouts are safe and effective. But when I had to cancel my membership the day after I joined due to work scheduling changes, Fit Factory Colleyville refunded my membership in full and didn't charge me anything after that. Nine times out of ten, a corporate health club would keep your money and still find a way to charge you, but the sales manager Hasan and the corporate office honored the contract, and quickly showed me how a corporate health club should be run.
