Our 11yr old Border Collies suddenly developed allergies. Shopping w/my low vision impairment is very problematic. I called ahead of our visit. Staff was so kind, professional, patient, &answered my many questions. Upon arrival to the store, they recalled our conversation and helped choose an appropriate food. The return policy is great too. They genuinely like their work and care about animals. On the way out, they also brought to our attn a few bulletins from a foster, about 2 younger Border Collies needing homes. We have lived in the area many yrs, and Colleyville's Hollywood Feed now has a new loyal customer!

I’m new to the area and I took my two strong willed beasts in to get their nails trimmed and everything went smoothly and super quickly. Obviously they were on their best behavior, completely unlike the terrors they are at home when the nail clippers make an appearance. Everyone working there was helpful and sweet. They looked up all the ingredients on my current dog food to find a comparable one that they carry. It’s on my list for the next time I have to buy dog food. Their same day delivery service is also amazing and I will be using it. I was very impressed with the huge wall of dog toys and the prices of the dog sweaters were very reasonable. This is definitely our new spot for all of our dog food , treats and grooming needs. Also the Vaccination clinics that they have on the 2nd and 4th Saturday are another option we will be taking advantage of.

Worst Hollywood feed I’ve ever been to. It’s like pulling teeth to get anyone to talk to you or help in anyway. The store is always out of my dog food. Was never offered a sales paper or help.
As someone who used to work for the company and loved my job it’s sad to see this.
