“I had excellent service at Park Vista Dry Cleaners. I was promptly greeted and explained my options, set up and account (as it was my 1st time trying the place out) and told it would be ready the next day. My favorite part about the whole experience is that I received a text message when the laundry was ready to pick up. Super cool. Clothes turned out perfect and I'll definitely be using them from now on.”
“It's an A ok place to do laundry. Although they should consider reducing the dryer's cost. .50 cents for 10 minutes where everywhere else is only a quarter. But the employee is always nice helpful and courteous”
“Staff is very friendly and helpful. The price is great even considering that they’re all new high-quality machines.
The machines are very fast, but get my clothes very clean. Also, they have a seven load washer for eight dollars so we’re able to do all of our laundry in one machine. Which definitely cuts down the cost compared to other laundry mats.
Yeah, my review kinda sounds like they’re paying me for it lol but I promise they’re not.

“I've been a clothing collector for over 10 years, with a collection entailing garments from late 80s Ralph Lauren with unique fabrics to contemporary clothes as well. Over the years I have been exclusively been using this service because when I purchase clothes from overseas, no matter the age, these guys make it feel brand new. Recently, my house caught on fire, and I had that deep smoke smell in my entire collection, and to my surprise, they were able to tailor their cleaning process specifically to my needs, and again, left me pleased! I highly recommend this service, as a collector and enthusiast with very specific and rare garments, I would not go anywhere else!”

Dryers are 25¢ per 8 minutes. These dryers get HOT, so keep that in mind.
These are remote start machines that take cash, coins & cards. There is a kiosk on the wall that you do your payments at. I wasn't sure on how to use it but the attendant that was working this morning was very helpful and showed me how to use it. You have the ability to pay for multiple washers and dryers at the same time from the wall kiosk, you also select your wash settings from it as well if you plan on doing a deluxe or ultra wash. You then go back to your machines, confirm settings and press start. The payment kiosk will give you quarters back as change if you use bills, so that was nice.
Best time to wash is at 7am, when they open, they start getting busy around 9am.
Unfortunately I don't live on this side of town anymore, so I won't be back, but this was a really great place to do my laundry at today.”
“I want to say that this place is amazing. I enjoy coming here, they have tons of offerings beyond laundry. Massage chairs, ATM, vending machines, even arcade games. This is a family owned business and they truly work really hard to gain a relationship with each customer. The prices are fair and reasonable and they even have ways to pay with your debit card and a qr code that leads to a way to pay with your mobile wallet. I'm in and out in about 1 hour, the dryers are very hot and so I'm not wasting my money drying. They are even open late and have an amazing customer service. Let's be real, life happens but when it does they try to make it right, and to me that is the most important thing. They are open really late and near by a ton of shops and even highway 30. I never have to worry about looking over my shoulder as the store is quiet and comfortable with rocking chairs and ambient music and a few TVs that keep a few different shows on. I'm truly a proud customer and love my local laundromat, it is in the name, Amigo, and that means Friend. So I call it Friend's wash and dry because they're like friends to me.”
“I didn’t like the fact that you Iron a barcode into my clothes. I don’t like tags and I didn’t appreciate that. Plus it left a stain when I took it off. It would have been nice if you would’ve asked first.”
“Honestly the best one I have by far used and will continue to use. All the employees are nice and helpful and sometimes we have a friendly conversation. One employee Tee is one of the reasons I go back. She is always greeting me or interacting with my kids. I mean she is a super woman when it comes to customer service. Especially her, but all employees do this, cleans the machines top part so you don't have to worry about using someone's detergent before you. I appreciate that so much because my kids have really sensitive skin that if their clothes where washed with other then what we use breaks out. The store is always clean. The employees see a mess it's up shortly. All around would say this is the place for all us ocd moms who need a clean place to wash clothes. They don't have a charger for babies but the restroom is super clean for those toddlers though. I hope this helps for anyone looking for a awesome laundry mat.”

“We had a house full of guests and needed to wash a ton of laundry quickly—7 to 8 loads all at once. The Laundry Room on Howard Road absolutely delivered. The machines were clean, easy to use, and efficient, and I was in and out in under an hour with everything washed and dried—way faster than we could’ve done it at home.
This was my first time using this laundromat, and I was really impressed. The industrial-sized machines handled everything with no problem. Just a heads-up: some machines are credit card only, and some are coin only, so check before loading. Highly recommend this place if you need fast, reliable service.”

Not only did he bring me my clothes, but he even opened my car door and hung them up for me. The service was amazing, and the price was really affordable. I’ll definitely be coming back!”
“I’m currently attending the “Woman Evolve 24” conference here in Arlington TX from NYC. I arrived here on an early Wednesday morning around 10am. I got my rental car and checked into the hotel then googled nearest cleaners to get a silk blouse and patent leather pleaded skirt steam to knock out the wrinkles from being folded in my suitcase & a blue jean pants suit that needed dry cleaning too. Town & Country Cleaners in Bedford was the closest cleaners near my hotel. When I got there, I was so nervous because I didn’t know if they would be able to steam my shirt & skirt on the spot (needed for 3pm luncheon). Mannnnnn listen, the lady at register was like give me a few minutes I got you. Also, she took my dry cleaning and said it would be ready the next day. Next day, I’m stuck at the conference the entire day trying to figure out when and how I can pick up my items so call the cleaners to see if they deliver. A guy picked up the phone and was like don’t worried about it, just give me the name of your hotel and I’ll drop off your items for you. I’m like wow and grateful at the same time.
I’m sorry that this is a long review but I had to explain the incredibly experience and fantastic service I received. The level of professionalism and prompt assistance in helping my dire need of assistance, impeccable. Again, thank you very much for everything.”
“I was tired of relying on my husband to take care of the dry cleaning because I’d be without my clothes forever. I chose Bond because of the reviews and convenience that it’s near my daughter’s school. I’ll be a lifelong customer now. When I went to pick up my clothes, and it was quite a lot, they proceeded to get into the safe and hand me an envelope with $200 I had left in a pocket. I really don’t recall when I’d left it and never missed it, but their honesty in returning to me was so refreshing. After getting my clothes home, I continued being impressed by Bond Cleaners. A couple of white blouses that were missing buttons (for years) had been repaired without any mention or request. On top of that, the job was done beautifully, all my suit jackets looked brand new. My pants were pressed just perfectly & several coats looked great. I rarely write reviews, But on the rare occasion I encounter such stellar service from a company who clearly takes pride and attention to detail in their craft it’s only right to what they do it’s only right to give them the praise and thanks they deserve.”

Lots of windows to let sunlight in during the day. People are friendly who are there as customers. Parking lot is clean. Lots of folding tables. Lots of roll around baskets for laundry.”

“I'm a vision impaired person who has never been to a Laundromat. I don't read print very well because of a degenerative eye disease so I need help sometimes. The lady who worked there was so kind and helpful in explaining things to me. She was very friendly and I never saw her stop cleaning and working hard the entire time. I was impressed at her energy. The facility was clean, the washers and dryers are great. The double automatic sliding door entrance makes it easy to carry in and out heavy loads of laundry. The prices are good too! I'll be back!”

“I've been dropping shirts here weekly for a couple years. Not one single issue to report. So far, they've been perfect. I had one shirt rip one time and she showed it to me and apologized. I told her it was an old shirt and I knew it was probably going to rip in that spot (elbow) so it definitely wasn't their fault. She gave me a credit anyway. Very nice, hard working people.”

“I used to live on Burney, so I went here often. Then I moved further away, but they are still who I use for everything. Formal attire is part of my business as a Burlesque producer, so I take the care of my garments very seriously. They are always warning me of things to avoid, Best care practices and they are fast. I never have to wait more than a day for any service and most is done the day I drop it off...even when they tell me it could take longer.
