Wow! Over and above customer service from Brad! I had a complicated move from out of state that required many questions and details set in place. Brad was very accommodating and helpful. If he did not have the information, he got it and called me back. I would recommend his service and this Self Storage to anyone. I really appreciate courteous, timely assistance and honest communication in this day & age. Thank you so much!!!

Horrible place, very uncompassionate owner who doesn't communicate with you on certain things. Brett is a good guy but he's more of a follower than a leader, watch how he treats you when you trying to explain your situation. So if your moving into this place then be self aware.

This is a fantastic place to store your belongings. I used it to store our business furniture when we temporarily moved from our main office due to renovations. Ask for Brett, the manager there. Super great guy to deal with. Highly recommend this place

Metroplex Self Storage is managed by Teresa and she's an absolute pro! Been managing the units for 17 YEARS! If you are moving, need something stored, or even looking for office space (they lease the offices nearby) this is where you should go!
