Petco in Colleyville is a nice place with friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff who seem to truly care and are always willing to help. The store is clean and well-stocked with a broad range of brand-name products for many types of pets. The grooming department is exceptional, with staff who go above and beyond. Services include full-service grooming, veterinarian services, Vetco Vaccination Clinics, adoption, and training classes. The Vital Care program is considered worth every penny. While most experiences are great, there have been concerns about the lifespan of certain live food and the cleanliness of a specific bird's cage. The staff is normally friendly and the floors are clean. Many customers recommend this location highly.
I see is not enough people to take care of the store in some times of the day. But all is right, really the employees and the store and quality of the fish… I hope a little more of variety. But that’s me

This Petco location is by far our favorite in the area. The staff (both in the store and the grooming department) are so friendly and always willing to help in anyway they can. Their Vital Care program is 100% worth every penny. Can’t recommend Petco and this location enough!
