Sit N Stay Pet Retreat is a full-service pet care facility that offers dog and cat boarding, grooming, and daycare services. Since new ownership and management began in April 2023, the facility has seen many improvements, including a new air filtration system and enhanced safety and sanitation measures. The grooming team has expanded with two additional groomers who can groom both dogs and cats, and they offer pet-safe coloring. Customers consistently praise the staff for their kindness and attentiveness. One reviewer highlighted that Mellie, the groomer, takes extra time with dogs that have anxiety, ensuring a complete grooming while communicating throughout the process. Both dogs and cats have received grooming and feel comfortable, with owners noting their pets look great and had good experiences. The daycare service is appreciated for its caring environment, allowing pets to socialize and receive personalized care. Pets are fed three times a day if requested, and owners can easily check in via phone. The staff is described as loving and attentive, making sure even young puppies feel safe and comfortable, with plenty of playtime and individual attention. Overall, Sit N Stay Pet Retreat is a trusted, caring place for pets, dedicated to providing quality care in a safe, clean, and friendly environment.
