“Chico is amazing! My car overheated on the way home. Me and my son were stuck on the 20 waiting for my car to cool down so I could fill up the antifreeze reservoir and hopefully make it the rest of the way home, 4.2 miles. But 2 miles in my car overheated again. I had to call for a tow truck. I was upset because of my car situation and was getting more upset because all the tow truck companies I called were not answering. Then I called Chicos. I'm so glad Chico answered! He is amazing! I didn't have to wait long for him to arrive at my location. He greeted us and then he hooked my car up to his tow truck fast but carefully, he didn't rush thru it. The ride to my house wasn't awkward which was a relief. We made small talk about what happened to my car and about different cars. I did ramble a little but Chico didn't seem to mind. When we arrived at my house he asked if I wanted my car in the street or the driveway. I told him it didn't matter and he said he would put my car in the driveway so it isn't in the street. Most people would drop it at the easiest spot and be done. But not Chico. He cared where my car was parked! And he reversed my car into the driveway perfectly! He is a pro! If you need towing services I recommend Chico. He is very sweet, quick and efficient but careful, considerate, cares about what he is doing, and knows how to treat people. If I need towing services again I won't call anyone else. Thank you again Chico!”

“I have read all the different reviews on here about this AAMCO- and I just wanted to come on here and tell you our experience. I am the General Manager for the LaQuinta in Bedford and we have two shuttles that run all the time. In 2020 we got a brand new Ford Transit Van and in the short two and a half years our hotel out almost 300,000 miles on the van and the transmission went out. We took it to AAMCO for the repairs. I knew it was bad because the transmission was slipping for a while but they got it in and went to work on it. It was expensive but they said it was as good as new. We drove it off and a couple of weeks later it was still acting funny and AAMCO took it back and guaranteed all of their work. The van is like new again.You won’t be disappointed with their work, and transmissions aren’t cheap but you get what you pay for!”

“Honestly I had to give them 5 stars because it was my fault I forgot that you have to pay to park!!!! Which is ridiculous that is why I hate Dallas & Tarrant County!!! But overall the lady was friendly even though she was on her phone when I came to the window and did not notice me standing there which I thought was odd but she redirected and apologized. Speaking of the car I appreciated to see my car handles with care and when I came to the lot it wasn’t in far away land.
