The guy that helped me was very careful not to damage my car anymore than it already was and arrived when he said he would be there. “This place is the best. I had been searching for someone to work on my 78 Toyota bj40 with not much luck. I saw this location on a chat board. Although it was over an hour from me I called them to make sure an old diesal right hand drive. 24 volt system wouldn’t scare them off like most of the places I talked to. They had me bring it over. Keep me well informed throughout the whole process. From the service advisor , Mike , to all the mechanics that worked on it They were all great. Runs like a top. No leaks which it had before. “Honestly I had to give them 5 stars because it was my fault I forgot that you have to pay to park!!!! Which is ridiculous that is why I hate Dallas & Tarrant County!!! But overall the lady was friendly even though she was on her phone when I came to the window and did not notice me standing there which I thought was odd but she redirected and apologized. Speaking of the car I appreciated to see my car handles with care and when I came to the lot it wasn’t in far away land. Thanks for that but you guys will never ever ever get $300 out of me again that was my kids Christmas money I’m a single parent. I’ll take the L FOR THIS ONE. I will never ever ever visit anyone in those apts again and don’t recommend anyone to move there.”
“It’s an impound lot. I get that. But could yall not have a creepy shady side door you have to go in through on the weekends. I get a very criminal vibe just looking at the place. This is the second time I’ve been here and it still creeps me out. The wire going to a button you push to be let in just makes it worse. I feel like I’m either about to shock myself or I’m going into a prison. Either way not something I wanna do ?. Both times the people at the desk have just been wonderful. Never any real problems. But the place give me the heebie-jeebies. Could you guys invest in maybe someone just being inside through the normal door. Please ? I will also say this the price you pay per day is actually pretty decent compared to other places. Thank you for not charging me a months worth of pay for a week.”
