Absolutely top notch service. We have been here twice and will never go to another ER again. The wait time has been less than 15 minutes or quicker and in and out within an hour both times! Bedside manner is great and every staff member we have encountered is great and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend to my friends and family in the area.

When you don’t feel well want an easy check in process and people that are helpful and pleasant. I received that treatment at ER or a Texas Colleyville starting with Jordan at the front.

My husband had severe abdominal pain earlier tonight after several days of moderate to mild pain. It didn’t seem like the kind of issue that required a full hospital ER trip, so we decided to go to this location because it’s much closer. I’m very glad we did!
The staff managing the front desk was very friendly and helpful as we completed paperwork. We were in a private within 10 minutes of arrival and talking to a nurse shortly after. Within about 45 minutes we’d spoken to the doctor and my husband was given some stronger painkillers so he could be comfortable for the first time in days. The nurse and doctor were both prompt, professional, and very kind.
We were there for little under 4 hours total and left with a diagnosis (gallstones), prescriptions, and next steps. Overall, as far as ER visits go, this was about as pleasant as you could hope it would be! The creature comforts like snacks, warm blankets, and a comfortable reclining chair for me to doze in were all very appreciated, and the staff, nurses, and doctors who we met were all wonderful.

Very quick and easy visit. The staff was very nice and helpful, especially Jordan H. at the front desk. He got me checked in quickly and explained the patient forms and billing process to make sure any questions I had were answered. I would recommend this ER to anyone who needs a quick visit and doesn’t want to wait for hours at the hospital.

I was in this facility for no longer than 7 minutes and it was such a negative experience. The manager, whose name was Quan I believe was so rude. I received a lackluster greeting when I walked in, as if I was bothering her by entering the building seeking medical help…
I gave my insurance information and was informed about the price of my copay. For clarification I asked why it was so much, to which she replied “You have to call (name of ins. company) and ask them..” with way too much attitude for someone to be a manager within a healthcare organization. It was extremely off putting that I even told her upon me leaving that she was being extremely rude in hopes that she would turn the situation around… instead she continued to be snarky and rude as if me telling her my concerns did not bother her one bit.
I also work in healthcare and have never treated guests or patients this way. This was my first visit at this ER and it was as a sad example of what customer service is, especially within a medical facility. I will not be back and would not trust this company with my life or health based off this simple interaction.

My youngest child wasn’t feeling well and so when we got there Jordan met us with an amazing attitude which you don’t see everyday and I greatly appreciated that. Enough to write a review!!

I brought my daughter in on a Tuesday evening. She had horrible pain in her jaw and in her ear and it was evident she needed medication. Jordan H was such a huge Help with getting us processed, he was not only professional but kind and personable.

Best experience of any hospital or ER I’ve ever visited. The entire staff is absolutely amazing and kind. Jordan H. was extremely friendly from the moment we walked through the doors. He got us in quickly and made sure my son was seen within minutes of arriving. I could not have asked for a better experience, under the circumstances. I definitely recommend. I’d give more stars if I could. Thank you!!!!
