  U-Haul canceled my truck at this location, but I was not informed, even though the manager said a voicemail was left and I was texted. I showed her that there were no voicemails left for me and the text had a link to a non-functioning page. And the U-Haul app still showed this location as my pickup location. She said my truck was at another location over 30 minutes away. Once I said that I was done with U-Haul and was going to rent from Penske, she turned around and went about her business. Poor customer service. But Penske was great!

  Thank you, it was my first experience using the Uhaul moving, but overall it was the perfect solution and communications started with the managers in the Uhaul office and returning the truck back, truck was not in good shape, but overall moveable :)
