I came to drop off a package not knowing my item needed to be taped and instead of them charging me, the front desk girl taped my item for free! She stated labels that say “customer packed” MUST be packaged and taped and if your return label says “No box no label” they can tape it for you no charge.
Aliza (I misspelled her name) was very kind, professional and helpful. She offered me free tape just this once since I didn’t know and saved me $7 from buying a brand new tape!

I am writing to formally report an incident that occurred at 4843 Colleyville Blvd Ste 251, Colleyville of the UPS store on January 03, 2025. During my visit, My daughter & I encountered extremely rude and unprofessional behavior from the store manager/owner, which escalated into discriminatory remarks against me as a white individual.
Specifically, the owner made comments that found offensive and inappropriate. Their demeanor and choice of behavior felt hostile and unwelcoming. As a paying customer, I believe everyone deserves to be treated with respect and professionalism, regardless of their race, background, or any other characteristic.
This experience not only left me deeply upset but also raised concerns about the level of service and inclusivity at this location. I kindly request a thorough investigation into such incidents do not occur in the future.

I had many UPS/Amazon returns after Christmas and the employee patiently sorted and organized them with me when one of them wasn’t matching with my QR codes on my phone. He was very customer-service oriented and professional. I recommend this location. I believe the employee’s name is David.

Super friendly owner and love their personalized services. We rent a box here and they take great care of our deliveries. Super convenient location as well.

I brought in a small package. I was quoted $44 via UPS and $9 for USPS. I chose USPS but it “wasn’t working” so the employee charged me and said she’d send me an email later in the day with my shipping number. I should have left with my package then. Somehow it’s tracking as having gone to AZ (the destination), back here to TX, back to AZ, and is now showing as “mis shipped”. I don’t know what she clicked or did, but I will never ship with this business again. Absolutely insane handling. (I understand it’s USPS who has the package now, but it seems entirely the fault of the employee at this store.)

I’m so appreciative to have the store close by. The team is always kind and very professional. When I send emails asking for printing to be done, I can count on it being done very quickly. Very much appreciate them!

Had one of the worst customer service experiences to date at this store. I walked in to an empty store and the old, heavy set lady, with short dark brown hair stared me down while I walked to the counter. With no greeting or acknowledgment from her I placed my package at the counter and proceeded to tell her I had a QR code for the return and both items were in the box. She aggressively said “You don’t need to tell me that.” I was completely taken aback. All I said to her was both items are in the box out of respect and kindness. I said excuse me? Hoping I misunderstood. She doubled down and said “You don’t need to tell me that, I just need the QR code”. With no smile, nothing but a cold stare. Like how dare I have the audacity to speak to her.
I don’t understand why she berated me for speaking to her when I was just being nice. But the fact that they’re also not fact checking what people are returning is another red flag. Terrible customer service and a shady business model. This was hands down one of the STRANGEST interactions I’ve ever had. Her coworker who overheard the interaction apologized on her behalf and stated that she’s probably having a bad day. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else unless you want to get scolded for simply speaking.

I called this UPS store early Saturday afternoon to ask whether they had staff onsite for notary services. The manager was very flexible about my request and confirmed the team could complete this for me as long as I arrived prior to close. I was impressed that they had 2 staff available for this, as notarization services at other UPS stores I’ve visited on Saturdays are much more limited. I told her that I was having a problem with printing documents for notarization, so I wasn’t sure I could arrive on time. She immediately offered to help me with the print job and asked me to send it to her. She printed it in under 3 minutes so that I could work with the team on notarization the same day. Since I was handwriting a document, I was not able to complete it quickly, but she stayed with me and helped me to complete it the same day. I was so happy with how professional, helpful, and knowledgeable she was with my request. I would highly recommend this UPS location to anyone needing notary services and will certainly return here. Thank you so much for all of your help!

The manager of this location is not customer oriented. I have had multiple bad experiences with her.
This time I decided to leave a review. Unfortunately this is the most convenient location for me.
