Inconsistent and inflated shipping prices! Brought fully packaged and taped box in to ship to WA state. Was quoted $189.00. I stated this was far too high because I've shipped similar to the same address for $50-$60 (same weight). He then told me he could send USPS for $89.99. I left and drove to the near by Post Office and shipped for $58.00. I'm confident this is a location issue because I've been a along time UPS customer.

This UPS Store is the best UPS Store I’ve had the occasion to do business with. Over a two year period the store called to inform of changes and always a note about my Mail-outs. I highly recommend this location

Second terrible experience here. First time, my package box needed to be taped and the lady instead of just using their tape had me buy tape from them…This time I came to ship a package and needed the labels to be printed. I got charged $2.34 to print 2 pages. I check the receipt and I see I was charged $1.69 to open the email where I sent the labels. Who charges to open an email? Just save your time and money and go to the UPS on 114.

Sadly, I have to agree with the previous reviewers. The manager/owner is just plain rude. I was quite baffled by her lack of customer service, but luckily there are many other UPS stores to ship from!

This shipping company is the worst! If I could give negative stars I would! Definitely do not waste your money here unless you want broken and late shipments!

The team here is fantastic - very helpful, cordial, and always willing to assist. I've had nothing but a great experience here, and am usually dropping something off there daily. I go out of my way to patronize this location when I can - they've taken a lot of business away from the USPS because of how well I'm treated.

Greatest experience, employees are fantastic! Speedy service, greet you on the way in and out and help with doors if needed. I’ve been coming here for years and it’s my go to UPS store and place for Amazon returns.

It's a very convenient location, but the store manager is very unkind, has no smile, and is not very active in her work. If another employee is doing it, she will make other guests line up. It's really a pity, all other UPS service nearby is not very good either. UPS headquarters should manage their stores, even if UPS is the largest in the United States, it should not treat their customers like this.

Absolutely most disrespect from the manager today obviously the owner doesn't believe in customer service ...so just a word of advice UPS as the company I have worked for 23 years the Manager and owner insist that its a franchise and is not owned by ups but you guys use our brand to make money .....both were telling me about how ups can't do anything it's franchise owned......As I had a label with my ups account number ready to ship as a business owner also rude and insist they don't tape corners on boxes ......because it's costly .....5 strips of tape? I hope corporate that let's franchise owners use our logo to make profit that basically don't care look into people that act unprofessional torwards customers.....and on top of that the box I was shipping out 2k worth of merchandise is specifically made for that item and the managers exact words were why are you using that box? Really ....The owner was understanding but was taking the employees side .......and said maybe she was having a bad day......

I used to have okay experience with the customer service in this store. Lately, it has not been good at all. On two separate occasions, I had issues with my Amazon returns. They scan them but Amazon never gave me a refund until I had to go thru their customer service. So I want you to be aware that the receipt they gave you can not be tracked according to the employee that works there and if you have an issue you need to take it with Amazon. Just to note, I have never had this issue with any other The UPS Stores or Kohl's or Whole Foods. The clerk Fatima is not friendly at all and can use customer service training. My latest return on April 13th was never refunded which most of you know that as soon it gets scanned, you pretty much receive an acknowledgment from Amazon and in most cases refund. I have called this store on April 15th to confirm that my return was shipped and was told by the clerk (young lady) that they had issues and it will be shipped next day. Still nothing. Called back the next day and a very arrogant guy told me that I need to deal with Amazon and completely ignored that the young lady the day before told me completely different story. Today is April 25th and still no resolution and I am out of $200 so far. Will never come back to this store for sure.

I always look for Amy to help me with my business at the Collleyville UPS Store. She is efficient, friendly, and thoughtful. As long as Amy is there I wouldn't think of taking my business anywhere else and I pray she gets the recognition she deserves.
