My local post office. Very clean and safe. Plenty of parking.

Was so nervous coming here for my husband and I’s passports due to the reviews but luckily Norma helped us today and everything went very smoothly. As long as you have all the required documents we ended up waiting in line longer than the whole appointment! (Maybe 10 min) She got started with us early, one of the employees at the main desk helped us out and was very pleasant as well. Thanks!

Here’s the deal. Seems like service in the actual post office/at a window is pretty bad. I’ve experienced the stereotypical postal worker behaviors. Long lines. Workers having long-winded personal conversations with customers while others wait and wait. Staff all over the place but only one line open. Slow, inefficient. HOWEVER, I’ve had several occasions requiring me to call and speak to an actual human and they have always been HELPFUL, AND EFFICIENT even if my issue can’t be solved. Today I spoke to a man who made a huge effort to help me even going so far as to contact my regular carrier and ask her to come to my house to help with the issue. She did! She was super friendly and went out of her way to track down an expensive package that a fill-in carrier had misdelivered. I was impressed, amazed and grateful. The operation as a whole may leave a lot to be desired, but there are quality people with integrity working there for sure. Same as most everywhere, right?

Always accommodating if dropping a package off with a label that will not fit in the drop box. If busy will ask if anyone is dropping off or picking up so they won’t have to wait.

Donna, the passport worker is extremely rude and unprofessional. Go somewhere else for your passport.

Worst post office I’ve ever been to. The staff is rude the only one that had some sort of customer service was the male postal worker. The lady doing fingerprinting is too clueless to have the attitude that she does. The whole staff (minus the male) needs a whole attitude adjustment and the fact that supervisor lets them act that way is beyond crazy.

Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. I do not recommend using this location for passport services. Wish I could give NO STARS.

Wish I could give zero stars. The line is always almost out the door, it’s never less than 25 minutes when you come here! It never changes. Today they had ONE postal Worker to help customers. The workers have No sense of urgency. There were about twenty people standing in line. It’s ridiculous.

Passport service lady had such a rude attitude! She was not accommodating or helpful for someone getting a first time passport and would not recommend this post office after my experience. I ended up going to the post office in Southlake and the lady was extremely nice and helped us understand the process. Very accommodating

Horrible experienceThe lady that helped me with a passport was fuming, she was beyond angry that day and I’m not sure why. She was so mean and forced me to write cursive. When she told me to write in cursive, I asked if it was mandatory and she firmly said yes, I responded, ma’am I’ve not written cursive since I was 10 and they don’t even teach that currently to the kids in school. She was beyond angry, yelling stating I need to write in cursive and questioning my letter skills. She stated, you don’t write letters to your family in cursive… Anyway with her being so angry she wasn’t listening to my requests, I needed expedited service, she didn’t input the correct selection and was more angry bc she had to redo it. I was extremely uncomfortable and will not return. She was a very scary/angry woman. ✌?
