This might be the worst company I've ever dealt with. Please reconsider using them. They ignore your prescription orders, phone calls and providers calls also. Before you use them, call the number on the website and see if you get a response. Good luck with that

I used to get my medications on time. I take self-inject testosterone. I emailed the Nimble support twice got no reply. I finally called and got a hold of somebody that will just now escalate it. They said it's nothing I'm doing wrong. I have received no apologies, no answers, and no communication. If I start getting my medications timely then I'll change my star review. I don't have time to be babysitting this company on their orders.

Worst Pharmacy that I have ever dealt with. Phone Number is just an automated message service, which never calls you back. Physical location is always locked and inaccessible. Zero customer service. They have you use a Nimble app, which also does not return messages or addresses concerns.

THE WORST. Ever since Low T Center switched to using this “pharmacy”, Im on pins and needles when I get to my last self-injection knowing the next round is not coming on time and knowing it will be delayed for an unknown period of time (weeks). Love Low T, but this is beyond ridiculous and acceptable…

If I could give a 0 star rating, I would. It looks like I’ll have to find an alternative to Low T Center since this is the “pharmacy” that they use. I’ve had a prescription just sitting at Village Lane for over 2 weeks now with no updated information. It’s apparently just sitting there ready to be shipped….for TWO WEEKS!! This is MEDICATION that I need. Don’t use this pharmacy, and don’t go to Low T Center!Update: Village Lane has continued charging my credit card for medications I never purchased. 3 separate charges of $105.50; I am currently disputing these charges. DO NOT use this business.

I called village lane apothecary today and the women on the phone I talked with was very nice, helpful and informative. I have my prescription being overnighted right on time. Thank you, I look forward to each month injections coming in a timely manner.

This is without a doubt the worst...pharmacy...ever! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!! They will take your money, not send a product and then never answer their phone. I have complained to Low T Centers and will not be doing any further business with Village Lane Apothecary!!!

Unfortunately one star is still too high to rate this inept pharmacy. Calls always go unanswered, voicemails never get a call back and prescriptions are always delayed. Customer service is non existent and it’s a shame this is the pharmacy that I’m forced to go through. If you have an option to use a different pharmacy, use everything in your power to avoid this one.

Worst customer service ever! I payed for my order a month ago and supposedly delivered a month ago now its finally packed supposedly? No Customer Service Ever! I have never been able to contact anyone from this supposed business and would use anyone but these people if I had a choice.

I was charged for medication on Jan 5th and told it would arrive at the end of January. As of Feb 3rd it still has not arrived and I have not received any information from Village Lane. I have called and left a voicemail with this same information and no return call was made. I plan to report this business to the BBB for charging customers for products and services that are not provided. This is unacceptable, unprofessional, and unethical.

Update:It’s a month later and I’m having the same issue, but the Low T center said it’s the only place they can get their meds from… they don’t deserve the 1 ⭐️ we have to give….BBB please step in….I have begged my Dr to use a different pharmacy because this place is terrible, never call you back, never send your meds on time…How is this place still in business…

I've submitted a BBB complaint against this company. How they still have a license to operating in TX is astounding to me, and why Low T Center still contracts with them indicates someones getting a kickback somewhere. 3 times in 6 months my order has languished, the Customer Service personnel have been excellent submitting expedite request to the pharmacy, but the pharmacist at this establishment are a joke to say the least. Don't do business with this company under any circumstance.
