This particular location seems to be out of stock of most things all the time. Whether it be cosmetic items, food, or toiletries, it's tough to find what you need here. I suggest CVS or going to the Walgreens near Steeple Run.

If zero stars were option that's what they'd get. You can't speak to person when you call, only an automated computer. The pharmacy is closed at lunch hour, when everyone has time to go to the pharmacy, so you'll wait in line for half an hour when they finally reopen. They won't call you to tell you why a prescription isn't being filled, but they'll blame it on your physician who doesn't say "pretty please with a cherry on top" in the notes when a refill is authorized. They'll try to run your insurance without asking and treat you like a second class citizen if you attempt to use a discount card. Good luck staying alive while you wait for medication. Go somewhere else if you want to be treated like a human being instead of like cattle or livestock.

We have always had great service here at both the pharmacy & store. It is a very busy location so sometimes you have to wait or just plan on going during non peek hours.

My husband had an appoint at 11:30 am on 10/13/21 for second shot. The lady behind the counter sharply informed him that he did not and he wasn't on their list. He had his confirmation email. She kept saying "you are not on my list. We're out of it." Customer service people! Be helpful! They could have called.

Horrible pharmacy. Dentist prescribed my daughter medicine for wisdom teeth. Went in and was told they need to close in five minutes and to come back in 35 minutes. No concern for her pain and that it was sent in a few hours prior. Get there a few minutes before told and finally walk out with her pain medication 20 minutes later with half of a prescription!!! This place is a joke I'll go to CVS down the street for now on.

I go to this Walgreens because they take my insurance. Ive gone there several times for my son and I've had issues almost every time.\\nThis time the associate got my sons prescription and had to ask the Pharmacist to approve before he gave it to me. The pharmacist was with another customer so he just scanned the item and gave the medicine the go ahead to give to me without overlooking anything. Turns out the medicine had INCORRECT DIRECTIONS. It said for my 10 month old son to take 5 ml of this medicine that causes drowsiness... he was acting so so slow and drowsy when he took it, it really worried me. We went to the doctor to follow up and she said he should only take 1.5 ml. My son was taking 3 TIMES THE CORRECT AMOUNT and he is an infant. I can't help but think if the pharmacist would have looked at this that could have been avoided.\\n\\nAlso...\\nI got a new insurance and several times we got prescriptions there they had to remind them to delete my old insurance... this happened about 3 times and they had to postpone my medicine until they could look up my insurance again.

Their pharmacy is painful to deal with. They are slow to deal with and couldn't care less about your specific dynamic. Find another pharmacy.

39 and a half weeks pregnant with a splitting headache, went in to see if they could take my blood pressure or if they had a machine I could briefly use to check myself (I am a medical professional myself). The guy who works there rudely said they don't have anything. So I asked if they don't take blood pressures there, since it is a mini clinic as well, and he said well yes we do. He rudely said it'll be a while... no other customers there and here I am about to pop. He couldn't spare 2 minutes to get my blood pressure.

Chavon is a great example of providing exemplary customer service when visiting the beauty dept. I regularly frequent this location & she is always there willing to help with a smile.

They're slow in the pharmacy, but they make up for it by not seeming to care. Oh, and they didn't get my prescription right either, which meant more waiting or coming back. I chose to come back. And then they call, email, and notify you through the app. What a mess.
