Impossible to speak to anyone without getting transferred into loops of music. It's painful. When you do get to speak to someone, they're reasonable. But ultimately this location has a lot of technical issues

Wonderful shopping experience here - will be happily returning. Needed help from the store manager and not only were the associates eager to help, Megan answered all my questions with a smile. Wish all Walgreens operated this way

Absolutely the worst service! The Pharmacy dept. the guy ALEX! and the pharmacist! Attitude! does not want to work, leaves you on hold for 45 min. Then tell you to leave message for RX's and they NEVER CHECK them!! GET A GRIP! DO YOUR JOB! LAZY!

It’s pretty rare that I walk into a drug store and am greeted by a happy worker. Andy was working the front counter this morning, 8-18-23. He is the perfect guy for that job. He actually enjoys people. What a breath of fresh air. I hope Walgreens is able to keep ahold of this guy. He will be a great leader one day. Also, the pharmacy here is efficient and friendly. Just make sure you either call, or for me wait for the text, to tell you your prescription is ready. They’re busy so it usually takes 12 hours after the doc calls in the script before it’s ready.

The pharmacy was closed today “8/12/2023”. They had signs posted saying their were no pharmacists available to work so they had to be closed. This put me in a bind because I had dropped a prescription off the day before and was going to pick it up today. I did not get my prescription filled or could not get my prescription back to take it somewhere else. I am not happy.

Absolutely worst pharmacy ever! Requesting the same Rx for years and the last 6 months, they don’t have it in stock and do not notify you in advance that your preferred brand isn’t available until your Rx is due! And Had one pharmacy staff yell at me to call other pharmacies myself to locate stock. I have worked in the medical field for 25 years and have never been treated this way and would never treat patients this way. Changing pharmacies asap

Weird, moody employees in the front lately. Really, I just want to get the items I came in for, enter my rewards number, pay, and get on with my business. It's really that simple. I live near this one and it's not been or felt the same for a while. I can only speak for my experiences. I don't use the pharmacy, but a pharmacy tech helped me find something in an appropriate manner. Really thinking if I want to return especially after writing this. Maybe wait until the next employee turnover in another year or two.

whoever is managing this store is doing a horrible job. I believe her name is Meghan if my memory is correct. I went through the line today around noon and the line was very very long which is expected during the holidays that's fine. she calls me to her register and I could immediately smell her stinky attitude. she acted like she was frustrated with the amount of customers she had in line and I was just another one wasting her time.she constantly had a frown on her face like she wanted to be anywhere but there.I also heard the way she was speaking to her associates and I feel so sorry for them to have to deal with a boss that is so angry and snotty to everyone who crosses her path. I love this Walgreens have been going for years and everyone up there is usually so friendly but Meghan ruined the whole experience for me today. I'll be taking my prescriptions and business to another location since having customers is such a bother to her. what do you expect during the holiday rush???

I left the doctors office across the street today after taking my daughter in to rule out the flu. She’s had a temperature for 5 days and the doctor recommended I continue with Tylenol and Motrin. I went through Walgreens’ drive thru and asked the tech if I could purchase some infant Tylenol and Motrin through the window and she said that it was too much work to go find them and that I’d have to go in. I told her the reason I didn’t go in initially is because again, my daughter is sick with a bad cough and had fallen asleep in the car. She didn’t care and set the microphone down. I cannot believe that regardless of no line through the drive thru and no visible line inside the pharmacy, this person was not able to assist with a simple request. I didn’t catch her name but she was wearing blue scrubs and had curly hair and glasses. SO rude and inconsiderate. I’ve bought over the counter meds via other Walgreens drive thrus without an issue in the past. I am not going here EVER again regardless that it’s conveniently located across from the doctors office.

Officially switching to CVS! Pharmacy here a sheet and utter disaster. Case in point- am waiting in drive thru line while person in front of me obviously having an issue and taking more than 15 minutes. Here's a thought: do like the fast food places and make someone either pull around or come inside if their issue is taking forever. What a mess, use some common sense people.
