Terrible customer service. I’ve been here several times and have been turned away being told I need an appointment (even though I was the only customer in the building). I went online and they showed available appointments at the time I walked in. I got the strong feeling they did just did not want to work. I made an appointment for a different day and even then was treated rudely. Again, I was the only customer in the building. I was told “hang on I’m busy” when I tried to check in. I was asked to take a seat and waited for 25 minutes (long after my scheduled appointment time). This location does NOT focus on customer service or client relationships.

Caution. Do not use this location if from out of state. They have a location policy that prohibits non-local withdrawals. Only permit ATM withdrawal.*Note: Tonia. Thank for your response. We already spoke with the Wells Fargo complaint Department who, after contacting you/the Branch, informed us that each Branch can have its own rules.I believe it is extremely important for everyone to be aware of this Branch experience, as Wells Fargo's national platform is the only reason we chose it over Bank of America more than 20yrs ago.

This is the worst Wells Fargo bank I have been to (Colleyville) nightmare for customer service especially for bank support. Very RUDE employees that seem to think they know what they are doing..but in reality they know nothing and the sad part is they don’t make an effort to get the problem fixed. My business is in Colleyville and we live in Colleyville so very convenient. This bank in (my opinion) if you have millions and your name is Smith or Jones they will go all out. I didn’t realize this until my staff & family made it known to me the treatment they also have been experiencing when conducting our business transactions. Therefore I’ll have to go to another Wells Fargo bank in another nearby town. It’s ashamed this is happening in our neighborhood bank. I also bank with Pinnacle & Bank of America. “Wonderful service “ they know you by name & business and go to extreme lengths to make you comfortable and at ease with your business affairs & personal banking. Highly recommended either of those banks for personal or business purposes. Wells Fargo Colleyville (on Colleyville Blvd) is disrespectful & a lot racism. That’s so sad we still have establishment’s & people who treat others like that or make them feel that way.

Horrible if you want to help someone by putting a little cash in their account. Only the account holder can do it. Must be Wells Fargo's way to keep those overdraft fees intact. Glad I don't bank with them and never will.Continues..I got the typical canned response "Sorry, email us for details and how we can help" Same response for all as you can see.

Went into this branch today to pay off my home mortgage after 20 years. Was met by a very unpleasant young man named Dylan at the teller counter. This kid needs a job away from customer service. He had zero friendliness. I was clearly putting him out. I thought paying off my home mortgage was going to be an exciting experience. Thanks for taking the joy out of it, Dylan.

I enjoy banking with Wells Fargo. I do not enjoy having to pay for a money order when I have an account with them.

The staff are very attentive and seem to enjoy the tasks at hand. Ally Castaneda, (loan officer), always acknowledges my entrance with a waive and/or smile. If she isn't servicing another customer, she readily invites me over; even for small talk- if not for business. She has on a few occasions helped/solved account issues rapidly and effectively. This bank is definitely an extension of great service and strives to provide satisfaction. A truly enjoyable experience within a banking environment!
