I recently moved to the area from a city of 150,000 people. The population here is barely 600 people. I have a p.o Box here and received a package from Amazon that said was delivered at 2:17 and Post office closes at 4 and I arrived around 3:15. The package wasn’t in my p.o Box so I asked the employee if they could get it since I was there. I was met with unprofessional attitude and was told I would receive it tomorrow, that they would have to look through the mail. My old post office with a population of 150,000 people would look for your mail with no problems. A town of barely 600 people and there are to busy to give customer service. I say all this because my aunt is a post master in South Carolina and I saw her go over and beyond for here town.

Lobby hours not conducive for people that have jobs and I keep getting mail in my mailbox at home for a completely different name, street/road, and house number (not even close) don't know if it's the carrier or whoever is sorting, but they need to start paying better attention.

This never fails. They shove packages inside mail boxes, not knowing how expensive the item inside is. I had to rip this box just to get it out.

The workers at this location are the nicest and most helpful I have ever had to deal with at a post office.

Waiting on medicine that was delivered one morning, but they couldn't give it to me because they don't sort the packages until the next day. That's hard when you're expecting something.
