“The people who work here are very nice and very helpful.
The products are often not priced, and the store is often a mess. They seem to alway be changing their seasonal merchandise, often way ahead of the upcoming season. Then, they are moving stuff to clearance, but none of it is ever marked with a price. I follow the app and it's ads, and coupons. So often, whatever is on sale shows on the app that it isn't in stock, or it isn't sold in our store, so it's pointless. I usually only go if I absolutely need something right then.
I wish I could use the ads and coupons the way they are intended. I would probably shop there more often, instead of going farther to go to Walmart, where I know they have what I need for less.
It seems like the store is understaffed, too. The staff is always working hard when I go in, but the store stays a mess. I managed retail for years, and without adequate staff, your store will never present well, even if the staff is working to capacity.”
