You are better off calling the company instead going into the store. The customer service was good but, I found out later after a gut instinct told me to call 611 that what was trying to be sold to me was a sham. I use the word sham because bills are being "prorated" to pocket paychecks. Called ATT at 611 to ask about recent information from store, instead got what I needed and also got all of my discounts applied right then and there as well as the same "plan that I HAD TO GET to even get a new phone" that was suppose to cause me to have a $200 or more bill to only learn that it will be a credit to me instead... wow.. what a game... I also was told I couldn't get a promotion on a phone in store with my plan but called and it was a whole different story. Happy ending got the phone, got the deal, and have the plan to change when my new billing cycle starts with over $60.00 in savings a month, they waived my activation fee without me asking or having to fuss, and gave me free overnight shipping, and me "bill" will not be over $140 dollars a month for 4 lines even after adding my new phone. They advise to not use online or call but CALL CALL CALL. LOVE ATT but the stores are another story... beware especially those not tech or market illiterate, and especially elderly.. do not be afraid to call 611.

All ya'll do is waist people's time. Ya'll employees know nothing and ya'll are just a big disappointment. I ask people all the time what do you think about at&t and most people agree. Ya'll are for yourself not just a dishonest company

Amazing customer service the new store manager really turned it around. As I walked into the store she came to me and demonstrated just how much this store has changed. I was greeted immediately at the front of the store. Then after I told her what phone i wanted she suggested the new iPhone 15 would be perfect for my business. I was so happy when she brought it out to me! Thank you for the greatest customer service I’ve had in that store.

Always a good experience when I go to this location, the customer service is great and all the workers are super nice and knowledgeable on the products being sold in the store.

Terrible I went for new phone, bad idea. Current phone bill is 71the phone I was purchasing was 200. The girls comes back telling me my new bill is 147 for 6 months,or 76$ higher. The 200$ phone now costs 450$ and another 6 months at 86$ and add another 90$ total cost is 540$. She tried to tell me I was saving $ plus the store clerk unenrolled me in auto pay without my consent. Watch out at Columbus store!!!

Ashley best costummer representative everShe when out of her way to get my bill fixed ended up upgrading my phone to the promo going on .Along with new management this store is the best I drove one almost 2 hr to this place to take care my problem a friend of a friend recommended truly agreed again thank you lady’s .

I had to go in and get my screen fixed! I can honestly say Sharlet was amazing with her customer service and handled my problem with care and in a timely manner! I can’t speak for other employees but Sharlet has definitely made me a returning customer!
