“If I could give 10 stars, I would. Both Casey & Steve assisted in my purchase and both were very professional. Originally I was working with Casey and he was very professional and got me all the information I requested in a very timely manner. He was off on the day I wanted to go make the purchase but he got all of my information to Steve who was ready to meet me when we arrived at the dealership. I shopped around and got prices at at least 8 Polaris dealers within 2 hours of me and not only did this place have the best prices, I never once felt like they were trying to pull a fast one over on me and add on additional bogus fees. After everything was said and done, Steve even assisted us in making sure we got it loaded on our trailer without issues. If you were like me and shopping around for the best prices, stop wasting your time calling around and dealing with all those other salesmen and just give Casey or Steve a call.”

“I was driving to San Antonio with my friend when my alternator died at like 2am. Had my car towed and left a voicemail explaining the situation. They called me right when they opened, got all of the details and kept me updated while we waited at the hotel. I don't remember her name (I hadn't slept by this point) but the young woman on the phone was great and kept me up to date with anything that happened with my car. They got me a new alternator, a new belt tensioner, and had me out within five hours even with having to order parts and at a really good price.The woman from the front desk even came to pick us up from the hotel when the repairs were done! If I didn't live so far I'd definitely be back but if I ever get stuck out there again I know where I'm going!”

“Had a '74 Corvette with a sick transmission that had just been rebuilt by another shop in Katy,Tx.. Drove my car from Katy,Tx and gave it to Jeff and Angie. Jeff not only rebuilt the trans , but strengthened it to accommodate my modified 383 Stoker engine. It has been over 6 years now and it shifts and runs as well as it did when it was rebuilt. I have been very satisfied with Jeff's and Angies work. Professional, Ethical, and Very Knowledgeable. Thanks. Since then he has taken care of all my transmissions needs.”

“Very friendly! Quick, quality service.I am a full time RVer and coming here I fully expected to have to wait a week or more to get my tire fixed. They had an H rated tire IN STOCK. A new quality tire was on the rim and I was on my way in less than 30 min. I was amazed.This seems kind of cliche, but I actually felt like I was going to a friend's shop. “I recently found a ram 1500 that I wanted to buy, reached out online, and was assigned Josset (aka Joe) as my salesman. Right off the bat, he did his best to answer any questions I had. Since I was an out of state buyer, things were not an easy or a quick sale, however, time and again, he went the extra mile to ensure the deal could move forward. Few and far between are the salesmen that would go to the lengths he did to make this work out for me. I would freely recommend Joe to anyone considering a vehicle purchase, in fact I would tell you to specifically ask for him... He truly was amazing!On the dealership level, they seem to do business a little differently than the "traditional" sense, and that is for the better. Initially negotiations did stagnate for a bit, partially I believe because I was buying out of state with a potential trade and not in person (there is a LOT of moving targets in such a deal). Once the deal was struck, they did not nickel and dime me on the little things. For instance, when I was finishing signing papers, unbeknownst to me, they were giving the truck a fresh detail, and filling the tank with gas. This was completely unexpected, but meant a lot to me. It just showed me that they truly cared for their customer and not just the bottom line. This extra step is something that may go unnoticed by some, but should be commended.The most difficult part of the deal was the finance side. While the lady is a very kind individual, I felt like I was pushed off for 2.5 days. I ended up flying to Texas, and buttoning up the finance deal in person, which gave me concern as to how it was all going to turn out. She gave me incorrect loan info (IE: you save money by putting less money down, and making the loan longer... then you put the down payment money towards the loan.) Truly, I think she was moreso misguided rather than trying to pull a fast one - Or, frankly, we just misunderstood one another. As I said, she was kind, and I try to return the kindness I am given. She did try to sell me a car warranty, which is expected however it was not high pressure.Overall, I consider this dealership one of the better ones in the business. Don't hesitate to buy your next vehicle from them.”
