“Great, honest, friendly, hardworking people! They were understanding my situation and ready to help hands on! Huge thank you! May your business thrive, and prosper!”
“My daughter was driving from Austin to Houston and ran into car trouble mid-route. I called around for a shop near her and got Columbus Tire Center. Even though it was near closing time, they told us to bring her in. Hadley and the team waited for her to arrive, diagnosed the issue quickly, and confirmed it was safe for her to finish the drive home. They didn't even charge us for the diagnosis, even knowing they wouldn't be doing the repair. As a dad with a daughter on the road, I can't overstate how much that peace of mind meant. Honest, fast, and genuinely helpful... I'd give them 6 stars if I could!”
“Cavender Ford fixed my 2013 F150 Lariat when my fuel pump went out on our way thru Texas. As we continued our trip they kept me apprised of the work, even sending a video of the tech doing the diagnostic on my truck, including checking the tires.
The work done was excellent and they kept my truck on their lot during my week of travel and I picked it up on my way home.
The dealership sent a car to our hotel to pick us up when we were getting the truck back and the crew was prompt and professional.
If you own a Ford I recommend this dealership and Jenny in the Service Department if you need a repair.”
“Thank you Zion and team. It was super easy. I brought my own oil and filter. And for $20 cash I was done. I left my car and told them not to rush. I was able to walk to work. The wait didn’t seem terrible. When they were done Zion called me and I walked back. Super friendly and great service”
“Heading home from Austin and we ran over a tire in the road, the whole underside of the engine cover was dragging under. The mechanic in the shop put it on his lift and removed it for us in no time at all. I will order a replacement and drive back there and get it fitted there instead of getting it done at home. We'll recommend +++++”
“Jeff, and Angela are lifesavers! Super friendly and I'm extremely happy with the service they gave me! My Truck feels better than it ever did! Would recommend to anyone to Columbus! I'm not much of a gear head but they gave me a honest diagnostic and I'll get my services here from now on!”
“Josh Miner is amazing! Super friendly, always helpful! His vehicle knowledge is fantastic, and is always willing to match you up with a vehicle that meets your needs and is willing to work within the price that you have in mind to spend. I would highly recommend Josh for all of your vehicle needs!”
