I am experiencing horrible customer service.
I purchased a pressure washer here and since it's over 30 days no return accepted even if I purchased the extra warranty. They are having me to call the manufacturer which they are sending me 1 hr away to drop off their product. Wait 3 weeks for repair and then another hour to pick it up and again and again until they can't fix it.
I should have bought this in HOME DEPOT where they do solve in house any issues to their card holders.

Always a friendly staff at this location. Good inventory. I came for the rain boots and a few odd and ends. You have to be mindful not to get sucked into the candy area. It's very tempting as you approach the registers. There are things at Tractor Supply you could somewhere else, but on a Sunday in Colorado county, they are your hardware store.

First interaction with anyone was when I needed to filling my propane tanks. The person who filled the tanks was a female but I can't remember her name or I would tell you to take it to someone else if she is the one who ends up filling yours in the future. This employee didn't open the purge value while filling my tanks and this is the first person ive come across in six states who hasn't opened the perge valve while filling. When I kindly asked why, the only answer I got was " I know what I'm doing I'm certified to do this" and since I am not certified I let her do her thing, paid for what propane I thought I got and left. When my tanks ran out, I went back hoping to get someone else, only to find out that they were out of propane, and when I asked if they know of anyone in town who sells propane; the cashier person asks someone else over the walkie talkie system and the response I get is I hear a person yell from across the store "GOOGLE IT!!". I'm sorry say but it's interactions like these that make me wonder why these people are even employed at all and needless to say, I will never do business with this tractor supply store. I would rather drive 45 minutes to a different store before ever returning here.

We’re camping nearby and needed propane for our RV. I called and they said no propane. But then I got a call back from Bobbi about 30 minutes later saying they were getting a delivery and she wanted to let me know just based on “last number”. That’s customer service. Great job!
