The pharmist told my husband he'd refill hos prescription as a"favor" even though it had 2 refills. ???My husband told that jerk he didnt need his "favor." We immediatly changed pharmacies and thank the Lord we did so no more HASSLES! Theyre terrible.

I have never had a good experience at this location. While they always have what I need in stock, the staff are judgmental and rude. When it comes to Covid-19 vaccinations, do not expect them to be well-versed in current CDC recommendations or policies.

Long lines, half the staff are rude and judgmental. Me and wife are pulling all of our prescriptions from them as we have been frequent customers for 2 years and are done with them.

I have a lot of medical issues and was a regular customer at this pharmacy. Would be there 2-3 times a week for medication. Constant issues with medicine out of stock or having to be ordered. They make false promises, not educated and half there staff does not know what they are doing and is rude.

Waited over an hour to be told prescription was never called in even though they started filling prescription after initially talking to person behind the counter. And of course now it was too late to do anything as it was 15 minutes until they closed. If they had said something when we initially talked to them the Dr could have been called to clear things up. Now have to wait until tomorrow for post surgery antibiotics.

Avoid this Pharmacy at all costsThe Worst pharmacy within a 30 mile radius of Columbus. They are rude, abrasive, and offer the worst possible customer experience of any business I've ever dealt with. The pharmacy manager, Dayo, will go back on his word, at times doesn't know what he's talking about, and when caught in a lie, he'll be abusive and belittling to you. In my opinion he does not have enough customer service skills to even warrant being a manager.Please, avoid this Pharmacy at all costs. There are a lot better choices!

The reason I'm writing about this Pharmacy is because my wife drove 15 minutes there and when she got to the window they said sorry we're closed even though they weren't closing had the closed sign or the windows down if there's one more customer the least you can do is finish that one customer before you all leave because like my job if they're not out of the garage or they're still one more person we will fix their car and then go home that's how we are and that's how you get more business thank you for letting my wife waste my gas and wear and tear on my vehicle

Please, do yourself a favor and use ANY other pharmacy then the one inside this Wal-Mart! I have not gone in there one time without there being an issue ON THEIR END. They have lost prescriptions, not filled them for days (when they had the green light by insurance), and did I mention how extremely rude every single person has been.. because they are. I literally drive to Sealy Walmart to fill my prescriptions because they are friendly, prompt, and know what the hell they are doing and what's going on. NEVER AGAIN. I've been going round and round with these people for over a year now.

Rude to costumers when trying to refills medicine. Takes days and hours to get prescriptions. The cashier ladies are nicer from the experience I had with them but the others aren't. Need to bring back lifechek where you are welcomed, instead of being money hogs.
