Buying a vehicle can be such a painful and exhausting process, but the team at Bayer Ford goes above and beyond to help eliminate those factors. I spoke with the sales representative about a used F150 and the price was firm. Upon arrival, my wife and I looked over and test drove the truck. It was apparent that truck had been not been washed since the dealer received it in August, and the interior needed to be detailed. We found several issues that were not shown or disclosed online, including missing a seal on the passenger rear window, a seat belt that was ripped halfway through the belt, the front passenger seat would not move forward/back and did not heat, and the windshield wiper fluid did not dispense properly. I made these issues aware to the sale representative and they had no hesitation with ordering the parts and fixing the issues prior to us taking possession of the vehicle. The whole process was as painless as you can get with the car buying process, and we are very pleased with our purchase. Thank you to the team at Bayer Ford.

My experience at Bayer Ford - Comanche, Texas was nothing short of amazing! I received a deal that I asked for after searching for months in the DFW area. Coming to Bayer Ford was worth the three hour drive. They gave me the exact deal and vehicle that I requested. This dealership did not try to up charge me when I showed up. Todd, my Sales Agent was personable and helpful throughout the whole buying process as well as Wesley in Finance who was thorough, patient, kind and understanding. This is our second experience with this dealership. We have had a good experience both times. Custom ordered our F-450 and it arrived really fast, 13 days after the build date. Our salesman Todd McCarter is always nice and easy to deal with. Got a good trade in also!

These guys, in particular Todd, went to great lengths to find the particular vehicle I was looking for, which another dealer had not done for several months. Truck was located in 2 days and delivered 2 days after that, and at a better price than I was able to get in Houston. Friendly, courteous and efficient small town service. Perfect!

Great sales and service was more than worth the 4 hour drive. Sometimes it's better to do business out of town than end up with a substandard dealer. I love my Ford, and am willing to go the extra distance on order to be treated right. Good job Bayer and my salesman Todd!
