I am knew to Comanche and needed to open a checking account so I chose Simmons and they did not disappoint. Cristina was so professional and personable that I actually ENJOYED giving her my money to open my account. I hope that the rest of my experience with this bank is just as good.

I don’t bank here, and while the staff does seem friendly, I think it is absurd that they charge 1% to non-account-holders to cash a check written on this bank.Walmart would cash this check for $3, and they assume risk. What the hell is this 1% fee that Spirit of Texas bank charges?I would never open an account at this bank knowing this. This is sketchy and wrong.

This bank has a lot of problems. Today is September 14 and it shows in my bank account that they took out $284 for my car payment on the 16th. And today is the the 14th. How can they change the day and time like this!? It’s a lawsuit waiting to happen
