“The 'change oil' light came on and my Father-in-law said let's go change it even though my husband had changed it two or three weeks ago and we hadn't drove it since. Went there, and he looks at it and says 'but y'all just changed it, ah! I'll bet it wasn't reset!' so he showed me how to reset it and sent us on our way instead of going ahead and changing the oil that didn't need to be changed and charging my FIL for something that didn't need to be done. And that's why I love going to Tom and Ollie's!!! Absolutely awesome people!!”
