“After calling around to several different tire shops, I was referred to Bill Ellis, since nobody else had steer tires for a semi truck within 60 miles or they just didn’t answer the phone, when I called. Well, Bill Ellis didn’t answer the phone when I called either, but his voice message on his answering machine gave his other number for 24 hour roadside service. Bill himself answered immediately, when I called the other number. He had the tire I needed in stock and was ready to come do the road call as soon as information could be exchanged. I couldn’t ask for faster service (30 minute). The service technician had me back on the road in about 15 minutes. I highly recommend anyone needing tire service to make this place their first call. I’m saving their number, should I ever need them again, when I’m in this area. Profession. Courteous. And Swift to help. Thank you for helping me in my time of need.”
