“I have been doing my auto parts purchases at this store for several years. Not once has the La Feria, TX., AutoZone disappointed. Whether it is from batteries to windshield wipers to fluids, they are always quick to help. Purchased windshield wiper blades for one of my vehicles and John B., without even asking, took it upon himself to go out and install them for me. Now that’s Customer Service! Y’all keep up the great work.”

My battery was dead and when my friend jumped it, he noticed that one clamp on the battery was loose, causing it to lose contact. I called O'Reilly's to see if they carried the part I needed. The answer was yes so I drove right over.Not only did they have the part but a very nice gentleman put it on for me.. Great service, thanks Sergio.

“Came in today, bought some air fresheners, stood behind some man giving the counter a hard time about a starter that was boxed wrong. They guy clearly said “if you don’t have it return this one and I’ll go somewhere else” then got so angry when the cashier returned the starter, then when I was help I got professional service and a nice conversation about what to do with my corvette. Thought the young man deserved a 5 star review cause he didn’t deserve that attitude from the old bald angry man. Thanks guys at La Féria keep giving great service”
“I took my '16 grand caravan to their newer facilities for a couple of services and I added a 3rd to take advantage of already being there. Two of the services were subpar and after i complained to the service dept, they made it right, even offering a nice discount. In all, very professional, attentive, and super nice. All of them, from the manager, the free shuttle, and especially Arleta. God bless B.O. Chrysler”
