“I went to Hill Country Pottery looking specifically for herb strippers as Christmas gifts. These are little pottery bowls with 3 sizes of holes in the side to pull herbs through- parsley, cilantro, oregano, etc. The leaves are left in the bowl. The owner was very friendly and he had them- in 4 different glaze colors! His design is the best one I have seen because it also has a garlic scraper at the bottom and the bowl is deep enough to pour olive oil into and muddle the herbs. I bought 3 (1 for myself). The dishes, serving bowls and interesting pottery pieces were beautiful. I especially liked his yarn minder bowl. I highly recommend this shop.”
