“I'm here at this very moment. These ppl are a HOT MESS ???. MY first visit here this morning and the crew are very friendly with such warm smiling faces. You don't see this kind of love like this anymore. Thanks Carquest ♥️”
“I’ve been using TRAILSTAR for 15+ years, always with stellar service. I recently called about a tire warranty and they sent me out a replacement that day. FedEx lost the tire and when I called TRAILSTAR they immediately sent out another tire and told me they’d deal with FedEx. That was my first warranty claim in the 15 years. People too often overload their trailers and that causes most of their tire issues. Tires can only handle so much weight and abuse. I’ve always had a good experience and will continue to do business with them.”
“This place is the best. Their prices are lower than most. They give a senior discount. The guys are always smiling and seem happy to help you. Even today when it's so hot and humid. They rotated my tires. They have to do that outside of the bay. So the hot sun directly on them. My second time going there. Very happy with their service. I waited to get my oil changed until I came back to commerce as I knew I was coming here in a week. I live an hour and a half from here.”
“Very grateful for a kind, helpful, and welcoming staff when struggling with car issues on a Sunday afternoon in Commerce. Service with heart. Above and beyond.”
“Had no idea what tire was losing pressure and stopped by on my 30 minute lunch. The guys found the nail repaired my tire and didn't try taking advantage to make more money. Treated with respect fast service and great work for a good price.”
“Couldn't have asked for a better experience. James was awesome and was as helpful as possible. He got me into the car I wanted and I couldn't be happier with it. Great people and great service, what else could you ask for...”
“Fast service, owner was very helpful and he made sure I was pleased with his work before I left. He check my tires just because I was on phone and he over heard I was headed out of time. Will def. Go back!”
