Why is this bank not open on Saturday for a half day like all the other Chase Banks???????

This bank was so uncooperative and rude after driving 30 minutes they didn’t have an empathy and this isn’t the first time I seen this will never use a chase bank especially in commerce

Maranda VP Branch Manager Commerce was hateful, close minded, rude. We wanted to withdrawal some cash she refused to give us the amount we requested even though we had it available to us. Once we are able we will close out our chase account. Maranda will be one of the reasons we do.
