Well I am shocked by what I have read. I have come to leave a review because of the amazing service and treatment I received from the Big guy at the counter to the older man with a beard I think his name is Dave. Excellent customer service very friendly. If they don’t have it they will get it. I took a blower in to the store to get fixed yes it took 4 weeks but they explained how long it takes to get parts. Remember some times you don’t know the whole story. Of why things take so long but I have never had a problem buying any Stihl parts or chains. One day I was there last week the big guy was looking at something brought back he could tell it was used where the guy returning swears up and down it was new. The big guy denied the return of course the customer threw a fit but big man handled like a pro. I am giving my review based on what I have read and what I have experience myself in the store.

Absolutely horrible and unprofessional people working at the location. They don't bother to help about anything completely disorganized and not willing to help out on any questions. The guy apparently claims to be manager just sits over and thinks he can handle even around the store. He upsells his own lawn mowing business which would be the same as his service. Trashy
The staff seemed completely uninterested in helping finding anything just a dismissive attitude.
They all just gather around in center of the store and giggle around and waste their time.
Unless they seriously revamp their customer service, I would not recommend this store to anyone.
Best recommendations is to choose Fix and Feed over this store their employees are way much knowledgeable and helpful in finding whatever you need.

It’s too bad they can’t even fix a lightly used year old Stihl MS-251 chain saw. They will gladly sell a new one but servicing one will be a four month wait. Chains are poorly organized and badly stocked. Good luck getting the right price on them too. I had hoped this would be a good store but I’m taking my business elsewhere. Too much ignorance. The only reason it gets one star is because there’s no half star.

My wife and I just went in to purchase an Ooni pizza oven and upon entry we over hear yelling and screaming, we walked around the corner and it was the store manager yelling and belittling an employee saying don’t question my authority and decisions.
Once this stopped I tried to purchase my pizza oven with 2 e-gift cards I received as a gift with no physical card to scan, the manager informed me they can’t accept any e gift cards in store, our only option would be to purchase online as he cannot type anything into his computer.
I then had to create an ace account and purchase the pizza oven on the app and select in store pickup, then wait for them to receive confirmation of the order before I could complete the purchase.
Edit after response from owner, I already voiced my concerns to the manager, he is the problem here. I don’t think talking with him is the solution, he couldn’t even have a civil conversation with his employees in front of his customers. I recently had a terrible experience with a hiring manager at Ace Hardware. I had inquired about job opportunities, and the hiring manager mentioned he could give me a chance. However, when I told him I wasn’t available for an interview the next day, he gave me a cold look for no apparent reason. He told me to come back the following week, which I did.
When I arrived for the interview, he rudely informed me that he had already hired someone else. He then said “good luck” in a very dismissive manner, and did so in front of his employees, which left me feeling humiliated. I walked out of the store, realizing I shouldn’t have been treated that way.
Upset, I returned to the store and asked for his name. He hesitated, which raised my suspicions, and when he finally gave me the name “John Parker,” it didn’t feel truthful. I left the store feeling like he had lied about his name to avoid accountability for his rude behavior. Where can I file a complaint like this

If you’re going to the store for anything Sthil. Don’t there customer service is terrible. Will never go back again. Everyone working there should have a helmet on at all times.

Absolutely horrible customer service with their sthil products. Took a $1600 Sthil MS 661 in there in one piece only for the first mechanic to completely disassemble it and then find out that they can’t get the part for it. It’s been 4 months since I took it in there and I just got it back in a box in 100 pieces. Who's responsible? Sthil for not having the part for it, or ace for letting the mechanic disassemble the entire saw and now they can’t get it back together..

the store is nice. has most everything I have ever needed. today I went to return a tool that did not work. Don informed me they do not return tools. I was not happy and told him that it didn't work and his store should stand behind it. he then told me I could.get another one, so I told him to go grab me a knew one, his response was you grab it. he was super rude. stores nice but if dons there just leave.I spoke to store manager Kevin he made don return it. during return he then lied and told me he offered to give me my money back to begin with.

Staff isn't very pleasant anymore.They act like they don't want to do anything extra or if they have to put a little effort into helping a customer...forget it. It won't happen.They have missed several sales from us because of the lack of effort to help customers. I quit going I to this store for that reason about a yr ago but decided to give it another try today with the same result. Guess I will have to continue taking my business elsewhere

I would give 0 stars if able to order the battery from my car key came back to pick it up and said they put it out to sell back with people. Don't know how to find it.,you guys need to hire people that have at least a middle school education, or show your employees how to do there job.
