Commerce has stepped in to deal with a messy situation from 2 previous vets regarding my dog. He's medically complex and has been through a rough experience with pemphigus and recurring staph infection. They have worked through the mess we were in when we came to them and I greatly appreciate Dr. McIntyre's patience.
