Before stopping here I had just came from the emergency room in a lot of pain.
Jennifer was very caring and helped me find the things I needed and was very soft spoken and a great representative for CVS! Thank you so much Jennifer!!!

After receiving notification that my prescription refill was ready for pickup via text message and on my CVS account the pharmacist proceeded to tell me that they do not carry the prescribed medicine. Very poor communication and left me without my prescription.

Michael is the rudest and most unprofessional pharmacist i have ever meant, he refused to use my discount card on my medication then started yelling at me because I asked him why, Then he flat out refused to give me my medication because I called corporate and he made sure and yelled at me and the other pharmacy staff if they tried to help me. They couldn’t believe how he was treating me for no reason at all. Then he threatened to call the cops on my daughter for asking his name, after he was asking me over and over again if I want my meds.

Wonderful customer service from the pharmacy department. Especially Mike. He was funny, warm, welcoming, and his interaction with my family and I, was absolutely phenomenal.

Excellent customer service from jason, went to use a coupon and didnt know how, jason was very helpful and showed me how to use it, i almost forgot one of my items behind and he brought it to me before i left

On March 11, 2024 I went to get my son medicine. I went to talk to the general manager in pharmacy, not only was she rude, she tried to charge me for my son’s prescription which is free through his insurance and to top it off she refused to give me my son’s seizure medication. These medications are life saving for him. Ended up driving to another pharmacy in a different city to get his medication.

If I could rate 0 stars, I would. Horrible customer service. Everyone is rude at the window whether you go in or drive thru.Today went to get my medicine 20 min away on my break from work and they gave me a medicine I did not need filled yet. When I asked if there was something else on my account that they just haven't filled yet, they said no without looking. I left because I wasn't going to argue with them. 10 minutes later I get a text saying it is ready for pickup. So they did have it.Horrible customer service. They do not know what they are doing.

I went to CVS Commerce, Tx, on Wednesday, and I was looking for an usual product . The lady cashier at front went totally out of her way to help me! She was so nice, polite, and extremely helpful. I am sorry I did not get her name but she deserves to recognized as a great employee!

The Indian lady who is the pharmacist does not know how to do her job and she is very rude….How u a pharmacy tech and don’t know how to give a vaccine ain’t that what u went to school for????Do not go to this pharmacy I highly do not recommend.The only person that was nice was Natalie and that wasn’t even her original store she was from Greenville but she was the only helpful one. The Indian lady and old lady white the glasses was very disrespectful!

Definite issues with management and customer service at this pharmacy in Commerce, TX. They don't answer the phone in a timely manner (was on hold for 13 minutes before I finally decided to hang up and call corporate). Corporate even had a hard time getting hold of them. When corporate finally connected me with the pharmacy, they didn't ask the reason for my call, but immediately went into what I had ready, which was not the reason for my call. When I was able to finally tell them the reason for the call (looking for needles that go with Lantus through a 90-day prescription, they instead tried to sell me their local brand of needles, which I already have and don't like. They instead told me to call my doctor, and I told them my doctor told me to call them. This pharmacy needs a good manager who knows how to stay on top of things, listen to their clientele and provide excellent customer service.

Apparently they like to close earlier than 10! Dont say you close AT 10 if at 9:30 yall are not open!
