Guaranty Bank & Trust have been amazing! From the very start everything was smooth and easy, the representatives are very courteous and only care to help you out in the best way possible. I couldn’t have chosen a better bank after moving from Dallas to Cooper,Tx. Here in the Paris/Commerce/Sulphur Springs area there isn’t a better choice, so you’ve been told?Issue: iOS App isn’t working and just closes every time it is opened, however it works perfectly fine on my Android devices (Google Pixel 6 & Moto G Stylus 5G).

I just opened account here last week, and they have been extremely helpful with every question, or concerns I have had. They treat everyone that walks through that door like family. I can see myself using this bank for years to come. If your looking for a friendly family first bank this is the bank for you.

I have had an account there for over 10 years and had no trouble until about 2 years ago sense that time I’ve had to replace my debit card 4 times that I remember this time it was the second time in under 2 months due to fraudulent charges…. There has been a lot of turnover at the Commerce location witch makes me wonder have these charges been an inside hack? Also it just doesn't feel like home anymore no one there greets me or even knows who I am anymore. I’m not a person who likes change but I thank it is time to find another bank I know my small account won’t be missed but if this has happened to me if there are more folks out there that this keeps happening to and they decide to take there business else where it will add up at the end of the day …… Pennies do make dollars.. Its been nice till recently but enough is enough.

I’ve been using Guaranty Bank for 20 plus years in Commerce, College Station & Bryan. I wish the lobby hours were more convenient- but the staff goes above & beyond to meet your needs & expectations. Highly suggest

I have legitimately had nothing but problems with this bank. The mobile doesn't work, I can reset my password a thousand times and it won't let me log in. My card expired and I went to get a new one Nov. 1st. I got a new card easily enough, however it wasn't connected to my account. I couldn't use it at ATMs. So I went back, got it connected to my account but instead of finding it strange that my brand new card wasn't connected to an account, they let me leave. I went to go use the card and it declined despite me having plenty of money. I call Nov. 2nd and find out that I was given a card with the numbers from my old card and that those numbers have been closed. Meaning I was given a useless card and despite 3 separate people working to get me a new card, not a single person caught that I had been given a closed card. I opted for it to be mailed in because at this point I'm beyond done. Instead of it being rushed to be delivered to me since I am literally in possession of a unusable card, it is taking the maximum amount of time to be mailed to me. This is absolutely ridiculous. 8 days without a card I can use. If I had bills to pay during those 8 days, I would hold Guaranty accountable for any plausible damages caused by my inability to have paid those bills. Luckily I didn't, but the fact that I could have is ridiculous. As soon as I get my new card, I'm paying off what I need to and leaving this bank. It's ridiculous that I have been left without a card for so long and not a single person is sorry about it. That's not even mentioning the problems that my mother has witnessed people having with this bank, nor is it mentioning that for the entirety of the time I had the old card, the ATM by the bank itself would not read my card despite there being nothing wrong with it, which meant I had to use an ATM that didn't work 99% of the time if I wanted to withdraw money without a fine. If I could give negative stars, I would.After waiting the full 5 days, I called once again and my card hadn't even been ordered much less sent out. I managed to get my card the very next day, but it is genuinely ridiculous how I went 10 days without a card.
