Just took my car in for a diagnosis per the recommendation of my colleagues. My interaction with Michael and Spencer was wonderful - they treated me with care and consideration as a college student making sure not to do unnecessary work that would be more costly than it has to be. They've earned my respect!

Had a major catastrophic event today with our vehicle. Called JJs for some SOS! They got right on it and got our truck running like a champ again. So many thanks to Spence, Mike, Giovani (sp) and the whole crew there. If you’re in need of great service, courteous assistance, competent help, this is the ONLY place to go!!! They don’t just do oil changes, they do mechanic work as well. Great prices. Veterans discounts. Senior discounts. They are soooooo amazing.

I consistently get excellent service at JJ’s. Jeffery, Michael, Josh, Christopher and the rest of the staff I encounter are friendly, have patience with questions and get the oil service done quickly. I always recommend them.

This really is a 5 star business. I live in Greenville, and drive out of my way on a Saturday morning to Commerce to get my oil change here… Yes, they are that good! I’ve been 4 times, and I receive the same great service every time. The crew doesn’t miss a beat. They run like a fine tuned machine. They’re clean, professional, and efficient. I also really appreciate that it’s the same guys every time I go. I respect a business that’s able to keep their employees!

Went in for oil change seemed like good service. Then I got oil changed at the next service interval and when they started they informed me the drain plug was rounded. The filter was over tightened also.

Excellent service!
1st time using them, right in my price range of my tight budget im on.
Not only did they change my oil, they put air in my tires, offered to clean my windows and vacuum my car at no extra cost. They also put my new windshield wiper blade on that I just got from store for mee. 10/10 stars!

COMMENDABLE STAFF AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. A few weeks ago I had a dentist appointment in commerce and my car suddenly started to make a loud noise, sounding like something was dragging on the ground. I also had a road trip coming up the next morning... OF COURSE, perfect timing. I live 40 minutes from commerce and didn't feel safe to drive home so I stopped at JJs quick lube(not being familiar with commerce)to see if they could help me find the issue. They found that my brake caliper was hanging by 1 bolt, along with also identifying an oil leak. There were no stores in the area that had the part I needed unfortunately and I would have had to wait there for a few hours. I was able to make other accommodations but Jeffery and his team were very patient, kind, and helpful. And did not charge me anything although it was well deserved. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️5 star guys

Josh is a great guy and very honest. My AC broke and he checked it and found a potential problem. The next day, my AC was working again. He told me let's not worry about it then. Definitely going back for service when needed.
