Today, I was in and needed help with setting up a printing job to be transferred to fabric for a Hospice memorial square in memory of my sister. I dealt with Erin and she was a Godsend. She understood what I was looking for, made a few adjustments, and it turned out exactly as I wanted. The project took a while and she made me feel like she had all the time in the world to work on it. I (and my family) will be forever grateful for her courtesy and kindness. Good job Erin!!!!!

I have used latsons for many years and have never had any issues with their employees or their service. I changed professions for a few years and now that I need to get some things made I chose loyalty and returned my business. I am severely disappointed embarrassed and disgusted at the complete lack of professionalism and low moral standards shown by the young lady who called herself aundrea. She responded to my request and took down my information and then proceeded to offer me a discounted price in exchange for sexual favors done unto her. I am completed disgusted and feel harassed and violated by the audacity of that young woman to demean herself to such a low character and display such a severe lack of self respect. I am still in shock that this young woman actually tried to bribe me into sexual inter course for discounted service from your establishment. I am in disbelief that Latsons would allow such an individual to be representing the company in such a disrespectful and immoral manner. And to put the cherry on top which almost made me vomit in my car she had the nerve to send me a couple of photographs of herself exposing her self completely with the message to follow and I quote "you know you want to taste this p**** and c** inside me" I will never again in my life set foot anywhere within 1000 feet of any of your establishments since this is the type of behavior that you are welcoming into your business. I am going to make sure that I tell everyone single person that I know and also post reviews everywhere that I am able to because this is downright outrageous. I am also going to be filing a police report for sexual harassment and soliciting prostitution as soon as I am able to calm down. This could have also been extremely detrimental to my marriage and family had my wife been the one to open up the message. Truly unbelievable and a disgrace. She single handedly ruined you're what was once fabulous reputation. It's a sad day and age that people can conduct themselves with such blatant disrespect. i hope you remedy this ungodly and disgusting issue before she ruins your company

I came in to print a school poster and had a good experience. The pricing is more affordable than I initially expected because it is a mom and pop store. I came in with my laptop and a template. Because there was no WiFi or flash drive that I could transfer my poster onto, I had to leave and email it to the lady in charge before finalizing the order. I also wish they had sample sizes for an example, because I am unfamiliar with sizing and didn't know what certain length by width sizes looked like when making my decision. The poster was a success, but I hope in future dealings that the staff can d*** it down for those of us who are a little less tech savvy.

If you are a student, take my advise and don't go here. It's hard enough to spend over 200 dollars on one class and then to have someone basically scam you. I'm a student at TAMUC. For a final in a class I needed to print out three to four pages with a design I made. I told them want I needed and they said that it would cost me because they would have to print out so many pages to get the duplex lining correct. I asked if they could do it for me due as this was my first time in a print shop and didn't know the normal way to go about it. They printed out the pages and every one came out with a mistake and I was told I would have to pay for the it and the wasted paper. I came in wanting three sheets of paper with my design and ended up leaving with a pile of 'my mistakes' and 20 bucks less in my wallet.

The service here is outstanding. When I finally figured out it is cheaper and easier to print multiple print here and not on my home printer. This place has been my go to place. Email them your project go in and they print with no problems.
