One of the worst experiences we’ve had with car repair EVER. Terrible communication, NOBODY knew what’s going on when we called for updates about my car & more. The worst part is they charged us for a NEW catalytic converter but they PIECED together repairs to the catalytic converter I already had. We know that because TWO days after paying THOUSANDS on their “repairs” ( & waiting almost a month for my car) the Service Engine light came BACK on. We ended up taking my car to GREENVILLE CHRYSTLER!! GO TO THEM! DO NOT GO TO CDJR COMMERCE. I’m not sure if it’s the new ownership or what but they are NOT the same trustworthy people / company they used to be. 0 out of 10. I do NOT recommend.

Went to trade in a 1/2 ton GMC for a 3/4 ton GMC, first met Ronnie and SM Monty. Told them what kind of deal I was needing , Then came back a week later and met with Will. It was a great transaction, no surprises and worked out great.

Ronnie said he could get me in a jeep friday said that they have the car i wanted and it was ready to go. I get here on the scheduled time that he said just to be told that the vehicle had already been sold the night before. Then tries to tell me about a challenger after he’s so-called already talked to his finance company I get here and the deal that he said over the phone was nothing of what he said in office. I drove from Dallas Texas to commerce which is an hour and 30 minute drive just to be turned around. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Was told I was financed. Signed papers. Put 1600 down. Only to be lied to. Was never financed. After I called the lender. Never heard of me.brought car back. They only gave a 1000. Back. Wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone. Went to local dealer. Financed within minutes. Legally.

Was a long time customer here. The place is horrible now, had 1000 of dollars worth of over charges on my company truck services because I wasn’t paying close enough attention with several different trucks in and out. Everything from anybody’s mouth that works there now is a lie. I was dumb enough to still purchase a new truck from them that was a demo the lied and it being previously titled so I ended up with a second owner used truck at almost new price. And the sale was included with a flatbed and other accessories that I’ve now been waiting almost 5 months on and it’s been a fight and argument trying to get them to just give me what they owe me in the contact of the truck purchase.I hear they keep telling people that management and ownership has changed lol. It’s a trap!!

The lot is full of fine cars and we found one that has all the features we were looking for and was at a great price. The vehicle runs great, just like advertised. I can't believe we have such a beautiful jeep now, thanks to Family CDJR. Ryan there is the best!

Every time I go to this dealership I end up with more problems than I started with. The last two visits they destroyed my oil drain plug and didn't have another one in stock and I had to wait 4 hours for them to get one from AutoZone. The next visit took them 4 days to do some routine maintenance(engine oil, trans oil, spark plugs) and they forgot a couple of things I asked them to do and then a few days after I got a check engine light on saying both my catalytic converters have now gone bad somehow at the same time.

Bought my 2017 Cadillac from them had it 2 months air bag light came on , started making front end noise , air conditioner went out and they would do anything, kept having me come over and look at it just to tell me they couldn’t do anything for me because of normal where and tear and my extended warranty didn’t cover it . Thought these was good people and would help me with my car but absolutely not and I’m not the only one come to find out . I’ll never purchase there again ! Stay away from there .
