“Uhaul couldn't find anyone to get me out and told me to call a tow company it might be cheaper. I called one that said they'd be there in thirty minutes. Hours later they showed with the wrong equipment for the job. They damaged the truck trying to get it out and got the truck stuck in a worse predicament than when they started. I would've been better of without their help.After taking a breathe I called Benson bros. They Dispatch was respectful and understood exactly what I needed. The driver who came out was honest with me but told me he wouldn't quit. I was free from my wrong turn mistake one hour later and back on the road.Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.I will only use you in the future and pray I never get stuck again.Thank youTimothy W.”
