Office hours posted on their office door state Monday-Friday 8am-3pm so someone should be there during those hours right? Wrong apparently. I dropped by a couple minutes to 8 and waited for a bit to drop off 2 blankets for the same day drop off service and I ended up being there till 8:50 and no one showed up to accept my drop off. I called the number listed on google and it doesn’t even go to the laundromat it goes to the Tobacco store next door and they don’t even know when they show up at the laundromat. If you are going to have posted office hours someone needs to be there between those hours. I’m obviously not getting my blankets done today and will most likely be taking them elsewhere.

The prices for Monthly plans are fair and they also have a wash station for your car floor mats rather they are the weather mats or just regular floor mats and you don't have to have a monthly plan to use the wash station for the mats

ripped my clothes & lost one pair of jeans. Apprently they are not responsible for either lost or damaged clothes. I found a nail fallen out of the dryer.

3 out of 4 large washing machines are out of order. 6 out of 16 front-load washers are out of order. 1 out of 4 large dryers is out of order.
The place is clean enough and not overly busy late morning on a Thursday.
As a truck driver, I have seen my fair share of laundry mats and this one is just okay. It's nothing special, the washing machines are small for $2.50 and the lack of working/enough large washing machines is its biggest downfall.

So one of the washers was broken, leaking, and stuck on a cycle, and we couldn’t get our clothes for a while and the owners actively avoided our calls and one was “out of town.”

The dryer's work great here. For the most part it is kept clean. It would be nice if customers would pick up after themselves.
