Great place for R and R. Swimming, hiking trails, and biking. Winter is the off season. Great place to see the stars. Clean restrooms and community showers with private portions. Onsite store has most things forgot to bring from home.

Spent time at Garner State Park, and it was exactly what I needed. The trails, river views, and quiet moments made it easy to slow down and reset. Exploring Crystal Cave was a highlight—cool, calm, and absolutely beautiful. Already planning a return trip, and next time I’m bringing a kayak to get out on the Frio.
