Whole table displayed as a $1 for reward members. Got to the check out and that wasnt the case. All she said was oh sorry they aremt ringing up as a $1. But then didn't attempt to fix anything. I guess she didnt want to because she was suppose to be off for her shift.

I gave the store another try because its very convenient for the commute and omg Im so happy I did.I don't know if they changed the staff or added more pleasant people but their customer service is top tier especially the new manager …when I cone in shes always working hard even working in the deli area says alot about her performance!I love the turn around!great new team!changing my review to 5 stars because of the improvements and store cleanliness and presentation of the hot food!
I come here quite frequently and order the same thing everytime!Just Chips and Queso because thats the only thing that looks fresh on display.Anywho the cook was insinuating to the other employee that I wasnt going to get it for free!Like what?When do I ever not pay for my items or assume they will be free! In my post office uniform at that?That was extremely over the top & embarrassing.Im glad noone was in the store !I decided not to even get anything but a drink and chips off of the shelf.Its always an issue when I come to this location,thats why i rarly come anymore and I have to get gas for my work vehicle every morning,I now will just completely go eksewhere!

worst 7- eleven!! Mono has a bad attitude and is very disrespectful and rude. He does not greet the customers and speaks under his breath because he knows his wrong.He needs to learn how to deal with customers and respect us. I asked for his regional managers name and # and he said he wouldn’t give it to me.

Wow whoever they fired and hired now has completely changed his store around the food looks a lot better the store is a lot cleaner in and outside the restrooms are clean

This has to be one of the worst stores I've ever been in and after today I'll never be back.
Bought $20 in gas, pump hose was leaking, I immediately stop the pump. Told the cashier and requested to be moved to another pump. She only reset the new pump to $17.35! I paid for a gallon of fuel that went on the ground!

Been coming here for years since I work is near it, already had a horrible shift I clocked out of and came inside to get some gas with my card at Aug 7th, 8:30, and get told they don't accept my card (I've payed inside with the same card for years) and even told her it's MasterCard and tap and got declined service due to negligence

We stopped here today to get some gas and decided to go inside to get something to eat. We thought of getting a quesadilla, only to be told they don't serve quesadillas. It's on the menu but we don't serve it. I was going to reply to the lady on how ridiculous that sounds since you literally just made tortillas on the grill. Why couldn't you make a quesadilla? Instead I just walked out. If you're not offering something that's on the menu, you should specify that or adjust the menu. I believe it's more about laziness and not wanting to prepare it versus they just don't serve it. Hire people who actually want to work, or train people to have better customer service.

Walked my brown behind in the store today and got on line behind a white guy and watching him get served a tobacco product and never got asked for a ID, I walk up and asked for my tobacco product and I get asked for my ID, I'm almost 30...c'mon stripped y'all can do way better than that...

HORRIBLE FOOD. I ordered 4 bacon egg bean cheese tacos with two strips of bacon. The tacos were so void of any flavor I couldn’t even tell if it was bacon or not. And, the tortilla was stiff, burnt and I didn’t get ANY bacon. (That I paid for). Stripes tacos used to be amazing. Now they’re not even fit for my dog. Barely any egg in the tortilla and it didn’t even remotely taste like actual bacon. GROSS.

This is a 7-11 and i expected more. They are trying to sell tamales with broken vacuum seals just rewrapped in plastic film and have expired product on the shelves, their hot food looks like they haven't changed the oil in ages and has no time stamps, I left before taking a picture of the hot case.
